The /coas/ index is lot-indexed and searchable and lists 35 PDFs across 24 product families, a count its PDF links, its lot rows, its "View CoA" links and its own per-family counters all agree on today, including nine separate retatrutide lots (RT0000043, RT0000041, RT0000040, RT0000039, RT0000037, RT0000035, RT0000034, RT0000033 and RT0030), two tirzepatide lots and two tesamorelin lots. Upload folders run from 2026-04 through 2026-08, so the library is actively maintained rather than frozen, and the count above is a reading of today rather than a fixed figure. It reports against named USP chapters: general appearance USP <630> white powder, mass USP <41> 58.1mg, FTIR identification and composition USP <197A> confirming "the presence of BPC-157 with addition of excipient(s)/fillers", HPLC purity assay USP <621> specification at or above 98% with a reported figure of 99.7%, HPLC potency assay USP <621> specification 90 to 110% of 10mg with a reported figure of 11.3mg or 112.8%, and a peptide-to-excipients ratio USP <1151> of 11.3 to 46.8mg, that is 1 to 4.2. Signed by Andrea Castro, AS and Verna Zheng, AS, Scientist-II, BT Labs. It states its own scope limits: "It does not provide information on particulate matter, microbial contamination or presence of endotoxins." Retatrutide lot RT0000043 is a Freedom Diagnostics certificate, accession 2608200008, search code Vert2608200008, received 8/20/2026 and reported 8/23/2026, product "GLP-3 RT 20mg", identity by LC-MS reported as GLP RT, purity by HPLC-UV 99.99%, net content 23.29mg, method stated as "HPLC with UV detection coupled with mass spectrometry (LC-MS)". Reported yesterday, which is the freshest document I read anywhere in this batch.
On lab verifiability: btlabtesting.com resolves to a live analytical contract laboratory advertising analytical and microbiological testing and "25+ Years of Pharmaceutical Testing Expertise". Its contact page publishes "5601 Corporate Way, Suite 206, West Palm Beach, FL 33407" and the telephone number (561) 941-4835, while both BT Labs certificates Vertex publishes print "5730 Corporate Way | Suite 220 | West Palm Beach, FL 33407" and (561) 625-0133. City and ZIP agree, street number, suite and telephone do not, and neither that street number nor that telephone number appears anywhere on the laboratory's site. I record the difference without offering a reason for it, and I have not verified one. freedomdiagnosticstesting.com resolves to a live laboratory at 133 Holiday Ct Suite 106, Franklin, TN 37067. Neither claims ISO 17025, A2LA or CLIA accreditation on its own site, so accreditation is UNVERIFIED for both. The retatrutide 10mg certificate for the benchmark SKU, lot RT0000033, is published, downloads at 595 KB and carries a full text layer that reads out cleanly. It is a two-page BT Labs certificate numbered IF-824-QSA-TR006-BTL26881-01, dated 7/2/2026 and tested 6/29/2026, customer and manufacturer both recorded as Vertex Labs, testing material Retatrutide, labeled as GLP-3_RT, BT sample ID 005000040626102, labeled content 10mg, storage R.T. It reports general appearance USP <630> white powder, mass USP <41> 81.3mg, FTIR USP <197A> confirming "the presence of Retatrutide with addition of excipient(s)/fillers", HPLC purity USP <621> against a specification of 98% with a reported figure of 99.7%, HPLC potency USP <621> against a specification of 90 to 110% of 10mg with a reported figure of 10.5mg or 105.1%, and a peptide-to-excipients ratio USP <1151> of 10.5 to 70.8mg, that is 1 to 6.7. Signed by Andrea Castro, AS and Verna Zheng, AS, Scientist-II. So the issuing laboratory, purity and net content for the exact benchmark SKU are on the record. The certificate figures in the entry above come from the 20mg lot and the BPC-157 lot.

Roughly five of the 33 lines carry a struck-through reference price, so the discounting is selective rather than catalog-wide. GLP-class compounds use coded names, Reta GLP-3, Tirz GLP-2 and Sema GLP-1, but the product page states plainly that "GLP-3 RT is identified by its Retatrutide reference name, LY3437943 identifier", so the coding is not concealment.
On policies: there is no shipping policy page. /shipping/, /shipping-policy/ and /shipping-delivery/ all return 404, and no carrier, cost, dispatch window, free-shipping threshold or transit estimate appears anywhere I read, including the FAQ, which says only that "Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed." All of those terms are UNVERIFIED. The refund policy is narrow and clearly written: cancellation before shipment gets a 100% refund to the original payment method, no returns at all once shipped, damaged items reviewed on photographs at the vendor's sole discretion, and responsibility transferring to the customer once the carrier marks the order delivered. Research-use-only language is extensive: a footer disclaimer on every page, a dedicated Testing Standards page, an FAQ section, a 21-and-over purchasing representation, and repeated statements that the vendor "does not provide dosing guidance, reconstitution guidance, medical advice, veterinary advice, clinical guidance, or instructions for personal use". Storage guidance on the product page is only "Store According to Product Label", with no temperature given. No payment method is named anywhere publicly, so accepted methods are UNVERIFIED. CAUTIONThree items. First, the COA index attributes every one of the 35 documents to "VERTEX LABS" in its laboratory column and its header reads "All products are third-party tested, with COA documentation reviewed and published by Vertex Labs", while the underlying documents are issued by BT Labs and Freedom Diagnostics. Neither testing laboratory is named anywhere on the index, the Testing Standards page or the product pages, so a reader who does not open a PDF sees only the vendor's own name in the lab field. Second, the homepage carries two bare purity claims with no method at the claim site, "Certified U.S. Lab Tested. CoA Available. Purity >=99%" and "Purity Benchmarking. Every lot undergoes secondary verification to ensure >99% molecular purity." The vendor's own BT Labs certificate sets the specification at 98% or above, not 99%, so the marketing floor is above the specification its documents actually test to, and I found no accreditation behind the word "Certified" on either laboratory's site. Third, the same BT Labs certificate reports potency at 112.8% of the 10mg label and a peptide-to-excipient ratio of 1 to 4.2, meaning most of the 58.1mg vial mass is excipient. The certificate for the benchmark SKU, retatrutide 10mg RT0000033, carries more excipient still: a peptide-to-excipient ratio of 1 to 6.7, with 81.3mg of vial mass against a 10mg label. Both are disclosed on the documents rather than hidden, and are recorded here as facts, not accusations.
