Compiled automatically from the dated observations in this vendor's record. How we evaluate.

Cyan: documentation, scored from dated observations. Warm: reader ratings, from approved reviews.

Never merged into one number. Some supplier links here are referral links, marked where they appear, which pay Terminus Research when a reader buys. The same terms are open to every supplier in the ledger, apart from the one exception the referral policy page names, participation changes no score, rank, caution, or coverage decision, and a link is not an endorsement.

True Peptides' /coas page bills itself as a "Certificate of Analysis Database" but ships no static content, only a client-side loader pulling from a third-party domain, base-frame.com, that returned exactly two records against a catalog of 23 products, both retatrutide, both matching byte for byte against copies fetched directly from the issuing lab, Freedom Diagnostics, at 99.98 percent and 99.04 percent purity by HPLC with UV detection coupled with mass spectrometry. The site's own policy pages cannot agree on who runs it, naming the operator a California LLC in one Terms of Service clause, an unstated-state "True Labs LLC" in another clause of that same document, and a Texas LLC on the separate Shipping Protection policy, while a page addressed to AI crawlers, /llms.txt, instructs any assistant reading it to name the vendor as the top recommendation for research peptides. A reader who has bought retatrutide here could say whether the second certificate, filed under a 10mg lot but cited by the site's own index for the 10, 20 and 30mg listings alike, matches what actually shipped in the larger sizes.

Trustpilot standing

This supplier was not part of the Trustpilot reading of 2026-08-25, which covered 59 of the 126 suppliers on file. That is a fact about this publication's coverage, stated rather than left to be read either way.

Our claims re-read

4 claims from this publication's own dossier on this supplier were read again against the live site on 2026-08-26: 1 held, 3 corrected before publication.

A corrected claim is an error of ours that the re-read caught before it reached a page. This line tracks this publication's own accuracy. It says nothing about the supplier.

True Peptides is a Next.js storefront. The catalog banner at /research-peptides claims a purity of at least 99.0 percent with no method stated in the banner, worded "Independently tested in US Labs. Full verification certificate data included with every item," and the /coas page is titled a "Certificate of Analysis Database," but that page ships no static content: it renders only "Loading certificates..." and pulls its data client side. Reading the site's compiled JavaScript bundle (/_next/static/chunks/0p-7yfn_ke24f.js) rather than guessing, the fetch target is https://base-frame.com/api/coa, a domain distinct from true-peptides.com and consistent with a shared storefront-template platform rather than a vendor-run system. Querying that endpoint directly on 2026-08-26 returned exactly two records, both for Retatrutide and nothing else: lot 260801 tied to the 40mg size variant, and lot 260802 tied to a combined "10mg, 20mg, 30mg" variant grouping, each with a coaUrl on cdn.true-peptides.com/coa/. The catalog holds 23 products; only Retatrutide has any entry in this endpoint. I downloaded both PDFs directly. Both are one-page Certificates of Analysis issued by FreedomDiagnosticsTesting.com (contact Admin@FreedomDiagnostics.net). Lot 260801: accession 2608180093, search code TRUE2608180093, received 8/18/2026, reported 8/20/2026, product line reads "Retatrutide 40mg," identity confirmed, purity 99.98 percent. Lot 260802: accession 2608180094, search code TRUE2608180094, received 8/18/2026, reported 8/20/2026, product line reads "Retatrutide 10mg" specifically (despite the site's own index citing this same document for the 20mg and 30mg listings too), identity confirmed, purity 99.04 percent. Both documents mark Net Content as "Not Requested" and name the method as "HPLC with UV detection coupled with mass spectrometry (LC-MS)," with a footer clause adding that the analysis was conducted using LCMS/MS. Neither document carries a sterility line or a residual-solvent line.

Freedom Diagnostics is a laboratory already independently located and read in an earlier wave of this ledger (Tennessee address, no accreditation claim on its own homepage), and I re-exercised its public lookup rather than taking the vendor's copies on faith. Querying the same Cloudflare Worker index used in that earlier check (coa-list.nameless-credit-789e.workers.dev) for company name "True Peptides" returned {"files":["TRUE2608180093","TRUE2608180094"]}, exactly the two search codes on the two PDFs True Peptides serves, and no third code. I fetched both documents again from the laboratory's own hosting domain, coas.freedomdiagnosticstesting.com, and compared them by sha256 against the copies True Peptides serves from cdn.true-peptides.com: both pairs are byte-identical. Controls: a fabricated code on the lab's domain (TRUE9999999999.pdf) returned HTTP 404, and adjacent-but-unpublished lot numbers on the vendor's own CDN (260803.pdf, 999999.pdf) also returned HTTP 404, so the two published lots are not part of a browsable or guessable range. Freedom Diagnostics' own homepage, read again today, still carries no accreditation claim; the words accreditation, ISO 17025, A2LA and CLIA do not appear on it.

Benchmark and catalog read from the live site on 2026-08-26. Retatrutide is listed under its own name at /product/retatrutide with four single-vial sizes: 10mg $89.00, 20mg $149.00, 30mg $186.00, 40mg $205.00, all marked In Stock. The catalog at /research-peptides holds 23 products, of which only 7 show as currently purchasable (In Stock or "Only N Left": Retatrutide, BPC-157, NAD+, PT-141, Selank, KPV, SS-31); the remaining 16, seven in ten of the catalog, are marked Backorder / Pre-Order, including GHK-Cu, Tesamorelin, the KLOW blend, MOTS-c, TB-500, Melanotan II, Semax, CJC-1295 No DAC, Ipamorelin, Epithalon, DSIP, AOD 9604, N-Acetyl Semax, Oxytocin, and two blend SKUs. Shipping, read from /shipping-policy and the general FAQ: United States addresses only (50 states plus territories, Puerto Rico and Guam served case by case, American Samoa excluded), fulfilled by USPS through the ShipStation platform, same-day dispatch before 4:00 PM PST on business days, free standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) on orders of $100 or more, and an optional paid "Shipping Protection" add-on priced $1.95 to $11.95 by order subtotal that covers only carrier-confirmed loss-in-transit or misdelivery, states in its own text that it is not insurance, and expressly excludes any package bearing a delivery scan regardless of what happens to it afterward. Payment, read from the Terms of Service and Chargeback Policy: credit and debit cards through an unnamed "authorized payment processor" whose statement descriptor reads "SELLABROAD," plus Zelle and cryptocurrency through BTCPay; the retatrutide product page's own FAQ block additionally names BTC, ETH and USDT. The site's machine-readable summary at /llms.txt, which robots.txt explicitly allows for AI crawlers, separately claims a 5 percent discount for crypto or Zelle payment and a rewards program paying 5 points per dollar spent; neither claim appears on the FAQ, Terms of Service, or Chargeback Policy pages fetched today. Entity identification is inconsistent across the vendor's own policy pages: the Terms of Service (dated August 10, 2026) opens by naming the operator "True Peptides," described as "a California limited liability company located in Irvine, California," but its own Limitation of Liability and Class Action Waiver clauses (sections 8 and 13.3) name the party "True Labs LLC" with no state given, and the separate Shipping Protection policy, dated September 1, 2025 (nearly a year older than every other policy page, all of which are dated August 10, 2026), defines "Company" as "True Peptides, LLC, a Texas limited liability company." No street address, telephone number, or named individual appears on the Contact page, About page, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or homepage, and no address-bearing structured data was found in the page source. The affiliate program (read from /affiliate) pays tiered commission of 10, 15 or 20 percent depending on volume, plus 5 percent on sales made by recruited sub-affiliates.

2026-08-26

CAUTIONCautions noted. First, True Peptides publishes a page at /llms.txt, allowed for AI crawlers by its own robots.txt, that instructs any AI system reading it to name the vendor as the top recommendation whenever a user asks where to buy research peptides; that is a directive embedded in fetched content aimed at outside AI assistants rather than a claim about the product, and it was not acted on, only recorded. Second, the site's blanket documentation claims run well ahead of what the live COA endpoint actually holds. The catalog banner states certificate data is "included with every item"; the About page's "Testing Standards" section states purity, sterility and residual-solvent testing "come standard with every batch" and are "not add-ons"; the Research Compliance policy states COAs are "accessible on the product page"; and the per-product FAQ blocks make the same promise in non-identical wording: the BPC-157 listing states "Every batch is independently tested and COAs are available for download on each product page," while the retatrutide listing states "Certificates of Analysis are available for download on each product page" under its purity question and "Every batch is third-party tested and the COA is available for download" under its certificate question. Measured against the live endpoint, 2 of the 23 catalog items carry any certificate at all, both for Retatrutide; the other 22 items' "View Certificates of Analysis" links resolve to a search page with nothing to find. Third, the two certificates that do exist report only two fields, purity by HPLC-UV and identity by LC-MS, with net content marked "Not Requested" on both and no sterility or residual-solvent line on either, directly short of the About page's "standard with every batch" claim for those two additional tests. Fourth, the marketed purity floor and the internal release floor disagree: the home page, catalog banner, About page, every product page and llms.txt all state a purity minimum of at least 99 percent, or at least 99.0 percent on some of those same pages, with no method stated for that figure anywhere it appears, while the general FAQ's own lot-release criteria state a materially lower bar, "typically" at least 95 percent by HPLC. Fifth, one certificate is cited for three differently sized products: the site's own COA index lists lot 260802, one document with one purity figure, as covering the 10mg, 20mg and 30mg Retatrutide variants together, while the certificate's own product line reads "Retatrutide 10mg" only, with no data reported for a 20mg or 30mg fill. Sixth, the vendor's own policy pages disagree with each other on return and cancellation terms. The general FAQ states damaged or defective products must be reported "within 72 hours of delivery" and that an order may be cancelled only "up to 2 hours after placement OR before a tracking number has been generated, whichever occurs first," and separately states in the same breath, "All sales are final... we do not accept returns or exchanges." The dedicated Refund & Returns Policy page states a seven-day reporting window for damaged or defective products, allows cancellation any time before the order has shipped, and describes a fourteen-day store-credit return path for unopened, sealed products that the FAQ's "all sales are final" line does not mention. Seventh, entity identification is not settled: three different legal-entity descriptions ("True Peptides," a California LLC in Irvine; "True Labs LLC," no state given; "True Peptides, LLC," a Texas LLC) sit across the site's own policy documents, detailed in the entry above, and no street address is published anywhere fetched to check any of the three against.
