Compiled automatically from the dated observations in this vendor's record. How we evaluate.

Cyan: documentation, scored from dated observations. Warm: reader ratings, from approved reviews.

Never merged into one number. Some supplier links here are referral links, marked where they appear, which pay Terminus Research when a reader buys. The same terms are open to every supplier in the ledger, apart from the one exception the referral policy page names, participation changes no score, rank, caution, or coverage decision, and a link is not an endorsement.

Simple Peptide lists no retatrutide anywhere a shopper can browse, absent from its 117-item sitemap, shop grid and site search, yet the storefront's COA search API surfaces a certificate for "RETATRUTIDE 12mg" tied to a WooCommerce listing, SP-3RT, whose own page answers HTTP 410 Gone while the live Store API still reports it purchasable and in stock at $120.00 for the 12mg size. That certificate, issued by Freedom Diagnostics and matching the lab's own hosted copy byte for byte, carries the vendor's real name in its client field, while a separate Selank lot in the same public archive shows approval_status "approved" beside an identity field reading "Failed." The site cannot settle its own windows either, 30 minutes to change or cancel an order on one policy page against 60 on another, with the FAQ giving seven days after delivery to return unopened items. A reader who found and bought that hidden SP-3RT listing could say whether the vial that arrived matched the retatrutide certificate the API ties to it.

What the record holds

Shipping commitment

SAME DAY, CUTOFF STATED

“orders placed before 2:00pm ET Monday through Friday go out same day via 2nd Day Air, PO Box orders via USPS, no international delivery”

Read from the dated entry, stated once with a cutoff, so the timed class applies. What the site disagrees with itself about is returns, not dispatch: three different change-or-cancel and return windows across three separately maintained policy pages, recorded in the same entry.

Read from this supplier's own pages on 2026-08-26. This publication has never placed an order with any supplier. This row records what is written and measures nothing about what actually happens after an order.

Price benchmark

Compound retatrutide 10mg

Listed as no visible listing; the only trace is a hidden WooCommerce product titled SP-3RT, SKU GR-PW, sold in 6/12/24/48mg

Price as recorded No ten-milligram size exists. The nearest is the twelve-milligram point on that hidden listing, one hundred twenty dollars USD, SKU GR-dash-PW-dash-twelve-MG, per the store's still-live product API; that price cannot be reached by navigating the site normally, since the product page itself answers Gone and the listing is absent from the sitemap, the shop grid and site search

Trustpilot standing

This supplier was not part of the Trustpilot reading of 2026-08-25, which covered 59 of the 126 suppliers on file. That is a fact about this publication's coverage, stated rather than left to be read either way.

Our claims re-read

4 claims from this publication's own dossier on this supplier were read again against the live site on 2026-08-26: 1 held, 3 corrected before publication.

A corrected claim is an error of ours that the re-read caught before it reached a page. This line tracks this publication's own accuracy. It says nothing about the supplier.

No retatrutide product page exists on this storefront today. The 117-product sitemap (/product-sitemap.xml) carries no listing for it, /shop/ does not surface it, and every slug I guessed for it, /product/retatrutide/, retatrutide-10mg/, retatrutide-5mg/, retatrutide-20mg/, returned HTTP 404. Site search for "retatrutide" returns two blog-post hits and no product: one bylined February 27, 2025 in the search listing itself, the other a reconstitution primer matching on body text. Yet a certificate for it exists: the /coa/ page runs a live search backed by a JSON endpoint, /wp-json/coa-archive/v1/global-search, and querying it today returns a document titled "RETATRUTIDE 12mg," lot GR12-082026-1, received 07/31/2026, reported 08/04/2026, tied by the endpoint's own metadata to WooCommerce product 305199 and variation 605039 with the attribute "Strength: GLP-3RT (12MG)." That product turns out to be titled SP-3RT on the storefront, SKU GR-PW, sold in 6/12/24/48mg, at /product/sp-3rt-2/, a page that returns HTTP 410 Gone when fetched directly. The Store API disagrees with that dead page: /wp-json/wc/store/v1/products/305199 still reports is_purchasable true and is_in_stock true, with variation-level pricing of $75.00 (6mg, SKU GR-PW-6MG), $120.00 (12mg, GR-PW-12MG), $240.00 (24mg, GR-PW-24MG) and $449.00 (48mg, GR-PW-48MG). No 10mg size is offered at any point. The COA archive's most recent 20-row window otherwise covers BAC Water, GHK-Cu, KPV, NAD+, Thymosin Alpha 1, MK-677 and FOX-04 lots, and one entry stands out: a Selank lot, search code Simp2608030463, carries approval_status "approved" in the same archive while its own identity field reads "Failed."

The lab is Freedom Diagnostics, the same lab roehn.co uses, identified from the PDF text layer rather than from any page of Simple Peptide's own marketing copy; the string "freedom" never appears on /coa/, /certificate-of-analysis/, /about/ or the FAQ (canonical URL /simple-peptide-faq/), and "diagnostics" appears on the FAQ only inside the generic research-use disclaimer sentence, unrelated to the lab's name; the COA archive's own API returns lot, identity and purity metadata with no lab-name field of any kind, so the lab's identity is reachable only by opening a certificate PDF. I downloaded the retatrutide-12mg certificate (Simp2607310060_1514-1.pdf) and read it: client "Simple Peptide," accession 2607310060, lot GR12-082026-1, two vials submitted, purity 99.86 percent and 99.74 percent by HPLC-UV coupled to mass spectrometry (LC-MS), net content 16.42 mg and 14.66 mg on the 12mg label, averaging to the summary line's 99.80 percent and 15.54 mg, endotoxin Pass on two replicates by LAL under USP <85>, and a PCR microbial screen reading "No Detectable Microbial DNA." I fetched the same accession from the lab's own domain, coas.freedomdiagnosticstesting.com/Simp2607310060.pdf, and the file matched the vendor's copy byte for byte. freedomdiagnosticstesting.com's own homepage, fetched again today, still names no accrediting body anywhere on it, stating its independence instead of an accreditation. The search-code convention ("Simp" plus the accession number) matches the lab's own stated rule of the client's first four letters plus the accession, and Simple Peptide's certificates carry the vendor's real name in the client field, unlike the "Wholesale" client field on roehn.co's documents from the same lab.

Payment is broader than most vendors in this set: the FAQ states "we accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and select business payment options," and the homepage banner adds Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout. Simple Peptide also operates a business-to-business merchant-services program with a payment processor called XRay Payment, under which other peptide sellers can apply for their own card-processing account by sourcing product from Simple Peptide as, in the page's own words, "XRay's approved U.S.-made manufacturing partner," a role that positions this vendor as a supplier to other storefronts rather than only a direct seller. Shipping is domestic only: orders placed before 2:00pm ET Monday through Friday go out same day via 2nd Day Air, PO Box orders via USPS, no international delivery. Returns carry three different windows across three pages I fetched today: /shipping-returns/ states orders can be changed or cancelled "within 30 minutes of purchase"; /refund-policy/ gives "60 minutes of placing the order or before the item is packed" for the same action; and the FAQ states that unopened items "may be eligible for return within seven days of delivery," against a 30-day window stated on the two policy pages for the underlying refund itself. The catalog mixes peptides with skincare, LED devices, apparel and consumables (a t-shirt, storage cases, syringes, toothpaste, a hair-growth cap). Entity and contact: Simple Peptide, 6586 W Atlantic Ave Ste #1112, Delray Beach, FL 33446, support@simplepeptide.com, 1-877-711-0702, support routed through a Zendesk portal rather than a contact form; the footer copyright still reads "(c) 2025, Simple Peptide" as of this 2026-08-26 read.

CAUTIONCautions noted. First, and the headline finding: the only retatrutide product this vendor has ever listed is invisible to a normal visitor by every route that matters, absent from the sitemap, the shop grid, and site search, and its own page answers HTTP 410 Gone, yet the WooCommerce Store API backing the storefront still reports it purchasable and in stock with live per-strength pricing, a state a shopper cannot reach by browsing but that a script hitting the API directly still could. Second, an approved entry in the public COA archive carries a failed identity finding: the Selank lot at search code Simp2608030463 shows approval_status "approved" beside an identity field reading "Failed," with nothing on the archive page explaining what "approved" means when identity did not confirm. Third, the product description for SP-3RT itself contains what reads as a leftover of the code-naming: it describes the compound as interacting with "SP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors," substituting the vendor's own product code for the receptor's real name, GLP-1, in the middle of what is otherwise a pharmacology paragraph. Fourth, neither semaglutide nor tirzepatide appears anywhere in the 117-item product sitemap; apart from the hidden SP-3RT listing, this incretin-agonist class is absent from the visible catalog entirely. Fifth, the three conflicting return and cancellation windows above sit on three separately maintained policy pages rather than one, so which one governs a given order is not resolvable from the site alone. Sixth, the vendor names its lab nowhere in its own prose; a visitor who does not download and read a PDF has no way to learn who tested anything.
