Cyan: documentation, scored from dated observations. Warm: reader ratings, from approved reviews.

Never merged into one number. Some supplier links here are referral links, marked where they appear, which pay Terminus Research when a reader buys. The same terms are open to every supplier in the ledger, apart from the one exception the referral policy page names, participation changes no score, rank, caution, or coverage decision, and a link is not an endorsement.

Pure Peptide Factory's retatrutide page names a current batch and a purity figure beside two labeled download buttons, "HPLC Certificate" and "MS Report," but both links point to the same address, a session URL on the Kimi chat assistant rather than any document, and the BPC-157 and Survodutide pages carry the identical claim as unlinked bold text inside a paragraph tagged with the CSS class a chat assistant's own interface applies to its replies. No laboratory is named anywhere on the site to check any of this against, and the site's own trust counters disagree with themselves: the homepage states five years of operation in one line and twelve in another, while the About page prints the five-year figure under the same "Experience & trust built for" heading the homepage attaches to twelve, and the retatrutide FAQ claims shipping to all fifty states against a shipping policy that excludes Alaska and Hawaii by name. A reader who has ordered from this vendor could say whether a real HPLC or mass-spectrometry document for any batch has ever actually been supplied, since none is linked on the site as of this reading.

What the record holds

Trustpilot standing

This supplier was not part of the Trustpilot reading of 2026-08-25, which covered 59 of the 126 suppliers on file. That is a fact about this publication's coverage, stated rather than left to be read either way.

Our claims re-read

2 claims from this publication's own dossier on this supplier were read again against the live site on 2026-08-26: 1 held, 1 corrected before publication.

A corrected claim is an error of ours that the re-read caught before it reached a page. This line tracks this publication's own accuracy. It says nothing about the supplier.

Pure Peptide Factory is a WooCommerce storefront, and its retatrutide product page (/product/retatrutide-research-peptide/) is the most heavily documented page I read on this site, printing a named current batch, a specific purity figure, and two labelled download buttons, yet none of that documentation resolves to an actual document. The page states "Current Batch: #PPF-RT-0426" and a purity figure of 98.7 percent with no method named beside it, directly beside two links reading "HPLC Certificate" and "MS Report," and both links point to the same address, https://www.kimi.com/chat/19d26549-0e12-877d-8000-0977f5ef5e05, a session URL on the Kimi chat assistant rather than a certificate of any kind. Checking five more product pages that make the identical "Current Batch" and "Download" claim turns up two further patterns, neither of which lands on a real document either: the Tirzepatide and Mazdutide pages link both buttons to a bare "#" anchor that goes nowhere, and the BPC-157, Survodutide and Cagrilintide pages do not link the text at all, it is unclickable bold text reading "HPLC Certificate | MS Report." On two of those three unlinked pages, BPC-157 and Survodutide, the surrounding paragraph carries the CSS class "font-claude-response-body," repeated 53 and 55 times respectively across each page's markup, the class name a chat assistant's own web interface applies to its responses, consistent with that page's body copy having been pasted in from an assistant chat session rather than authored or reviewed directly in the site's editor. No laboratory is named anywhere I read on this site; searches of the retatrutide page and the homepage for known third-party peptide-testing lab names, for the words accreditation, ISO 17025 and A2LA, and for any lab's own domain turned up nothing beyond the generic words "lab" and "laboratory."

Catalog and benchmark read from the live site on 2026-08-26. The product sitemap (product-sitemap.xml) lists 85 product URLs, and the WooCommerce variation data embedded on the retatrutide page prices nine dosage variants: 5mg $60.00, 10mg $76.00 (SKU RT10), 15mg $96.00, 20mg $136.00, 30mg $186.00, 40mg $250.00, 50mg $286.00, 60mg $350.00 and 100mg $380.00, all in USD, the site's default currency (a EUR toggle is offered separately at checkout). Also carried under the GLP class: Tirzepatide (5mg through 120mg, $45.00 to $310.00), Cagrilintide plus Semaglutide 5mg+5mg $50.00, Survodutide 10mg $100.00, Mazdutide 10mg $110.00, and a combined "Retatrutide + Tirzepatide" listing. Shipping, from /shipping-refund-and-returns-policy/: continental United States only, explicitly excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and P.O. boxes; free USPS Priority Mail on orders of $200 or more, same-business-day dispatch before 1:00 PM CST on weekdays, 1 to 3 business days transit. Payment, stated identically on the homepage and the retatrutide page: "Credit card, cryptocurrency, or wire transfer," with no processor named. Returns: a 30-day window from order date for a refund request and a 7-day window from delivery for a damaged or incorrect item, both stated on the shipping/returns page, which also directs the reader to a "Terms and Conditions" page at /terms for further detail; that page returns HTTP 404 today, along with every other plausible slug I tried (/terms-and-conditions/, /terms-conditions/, /terms-of-service/). Entity: the site names only a trade name, "Pure Peptide Factory," with a street address at 537 S Victor Ave, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74104, a phone number (+1 918 921 4329) and an email (sales@purepeptidefactory.com); the Privacy Policy defines "Company" as "Pure Peptide Factory, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA" with no LLC, Inc., or other registration suffix given anywhere fetched. A separate /providers/ page describes a "Provider Partnership Program" pitched directly at 503A compounding pharmacies, 503B outsourcing facilities, telehealth networks, medical spas and weight-management practices, offering the same catalog wholesale with Net-30 terms and purchase-order acceptance for what the page calls institutional buyers integrating these compounds into clinical practice offerings, a distribution channel distinct from the consumer storefront.

The site's internal statistics contradict themselves and each other across pages read the same day. The homepage states in one line, "We have been operating for 5 years," and lower on the same page, under a separate heading, "Experience & trust built for 12 years"; the About page carries a third figure for the identical claim, "Experience & trust built for 5 years." A parallel set of counters shows the same pattern: the homepage reads "16 Specialized laboratories in 16 states" and "25 Laboratory & diagnostic specialists," while the About page, describing what reads as the same claim, states "26 Specialized laboratories in 2 states" and "35 Laboratory & diagnostic specialists." None of these four numbers name a laboratory, and per the entry above, no laboratory is named anywhere on the site to check any of them against. Second, a direct shipping contradiction: the retatrutide page's own FAQ states "Pure Peptide Factory ships to all 50 states," while the dedicated shipping policy states shipping is limited to the continental United States and explicitly excludes Alaska and Hawaii, two of the fifty. Third, the retatrutide product page is written throughout as though addressed to a person taking the compound rather than a laboratory researching it: its FAQ section includes the questions "How quickly does Retatrutide start working?," a question about how long it takes to notice an outcome from use, and "What are the risks of taking Retatrutide?," and a body-composition figure describing human trial data is used repeatedly through the page as a marketing point rather than solely a research citation. A step-by-step reconstitution section states a target concentration of "10 mg/mL" and instructs injecting a specific bacteriostatic-water volume against the vial wall, which functions as a concentration and handling instruction on a page selling directly to a solo buyer rather than the batch-level laboratory documentation the rest of the ledger records for this compound. Fourth, the Provider Partnership Program page, read against the consumer-facing research-use-only disclaimers repeated on every other page ("Personal use or human consumption of our products is expressly PROHIBITED"), pitches the identical catalog to telehealth providers and 503A/503B compounding partners for what it calls integration into clinical practice offerings including weight-management programs, a wholesale channel aimed at the human-use supply chain sitting alongside a retail storefront that disclaims any human use at every other turn.
