Email me when this record changes
Following this record emails you when it gains a dated entry or its published claims are re-read, and nothing about any other supplier. No topic below is ticked: tick one only if you also want it in the same email.
Compiled automatically from the dated observations in this vendor's record. How we evaluate.
Never merged into one number. Some supplier links here are referral links, marked where they appear, which pay Terminus Research when a reader buys. The same terms are open to every supplier in the ledger, apart from the one exception the referral policy page names, participation changes no score, rank, caution, or coverage decision, and a link is not an endorsement.
Primeva Labs' only published retatrutide certificate, downloaded directly from the site, carries a Chromate letterhead addressed to a client named Novatide for a Novatide-branded vial, not a Primeva order, and not from "Analytical Formulations, Inc.," the laboratory Primeva's own certificate page names as tester; the batch number, 10.18mg quantity, and purity of 99.570 percent by RP-HPLC do match what Primeva republishes, so the underlying document is real even though its own face contradicts who commissioned it. The vial Primeva actually sells is a 20mg fill, while the only certificate on file was run against a 10mg fill target from the same lot, and the vendor's "Sign in for pricing" wall on the product page turns out to gate nothing, since the same prices are served with no authentication through the site's own public Store API. Whether Primeva sources finished, pre-tested vials through Novatide's white-label pipeline and republishes the upstream document as its own, or whether the wrong file was simply attached, is something a buyer who has asked the vendor directly could settle.
What the record holds
STATED WINDOW IN DAYS
“states 1-2 business day processing and a 3-5 business day delivery estimate”
UPS and USPS named as carriers on the dedicated Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy page; "Free shipping on orders over $250" runs sitewide.
Read from this supplier's own pages on 2026-08-26. This publication has never placed an order with any supplier. This row records what is written and measures nothing about what actually happens after an order.
$300.0020mg price
Compound retatrutide 20mg (10mg not sold; no other size offered)
Listed as Retatrutide, SKU PL.101, sold only as a 20mg vial; no 10mg vial is offered for sale under any SKU
Price as recorded $300.00 USD for the single 20mg vial size, read from the unauthenticated wp-json/wc/store/v1 products feed since the rendered product page locks the figure behind a required account login
Read on 2026-08-26. One reading on one day, and prices are not tracked over time here.
This supplier was not part of the Trustpilot reading of 2026-08-25, which covered 59 of the 126 suppliers on file. That is a fact about this publication's coverage, stated rather than left to be read either way.
4 claims from this publication's own dossier on this supplier were read again against the live site on 2026-08-26: 1 held, 3 corrected before publication.
A corrected claim is an error of ours that the re-read caught before it reached a page. This line tracks this publication's own accuracy. It says nothing about the supplier.

The CoA library at /coa/ lists 38 certificate tiles today, self-counted on the page as "38 Certificates on file," each carrying a SKU or lot number, a percent-purity figure and a "View Certificate" link to its own /certificate/ page. Coverage exceeds the current 17-item shop from /product-sitemap.xml: every one of the 17 catalog products has at least one matching tile (Retatrutide; Reconstitution Water at 3ml and 10ml; BPC-157 at 10mg and 20mg; TB-500 at 5mg and 10mg; GHK-Cu at 50mg and 100mg; Tesamorelin 20mg; 5-Amino-1MQ; MOTS-c at 10mg and 40mg; NAD+ at 500mg and 1000mg; CJC-1295 No DAC plus Ipamorelin; GLOW Blend; KLOW Blend; Melanotan II; Thymosin Alpha-1; Semax; Glutathione at 600mg and 1500mg; and BPC-157/TB-500, the item the catalog sells as the Wolverine Blend), while eleven further tiles document compounds absent from today's catalog entirely: AOD 9604, CJC-1295 No DAC standing alone, DSIP at 5mg and 15mg, Epitalon at 10mg and 50mg, GHRP-6 Acetate, Ipamorelin standing alone, Kisspeptin, PT-141, Selank, Sermorelin, and SS-31 at 10mg and 50mg. Each tile follows a fixed six-panel format the page itself names: Qualitative ID by Lambda Max, Percent Purity by correlation coefficient, Quantitative Assay by Beer-Lambert, Heavy Metals as total quantity, TAMC and TYMC as total aerobic and yeast-or-mold counts; the Retatrutide tile substitutes Sterility and Endotoxins for TAMC and TYMC. The Retatrutide tile reads: variant "Retatrutide 10mg & 20mg (same batch)," identity Conforms, quantity 10.18 mg against a 10mg label, purity 99.570 percent, sterility Pass, endotoxins under 1.5 EU per vial, heavy metals under 50 ppb, lot 1924414129, dated May 2, 2026. The shop, however, sells only a 20mg vial of Retatrutide (see the benchmark entry), so the certificate on file was run against a 10mg fill target from the batch rather than against the 20mg fill the vial actually ships as. The certificate's own page, https://primevalabs.com/certificate/retatrutide-10mg-20mg-same-batch/, names the tester once, as "Analytical Formulations, Inc.," and links a "Download CoA PDF" file.
I downloaded the linked Retatrutide PDF from https://primevalabs.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/Retatrutide-10-mg-COA-5_2_26.pdf to the scratchpad and read it directly rather than in a browser. The document names a different laboratory and a different client than the certificate page around it states. Its own letterhead is a wordmark reading "Chromate" alone, with no subtitle (the fuller phrase "Chromate | Analytical Services" is the HTML title of the lab's homepage at chromate.org, not anything printed on the document), report "Certificate of Analysis #34572," access code NOVATIDEAJN2, a verify link at chromate.org/verify, signed by Lucas Weber, Principal Chemist, produced 05/06/26. The client block names "Novatide," novatideusa.com, info@novatideusa.com, not Primeva Labs, and the vial photographed on the certificate reads "NOVATIDE / Retatrutide / GLP-1, GIP, and GCGR A[gonist]" rather than any Primeva-branded vial. The batch number (1924414129), the 10.18mg quantity and the 99.570 percent purity figure match what Primeva's certificate page displays, and the method line on the PDF itself, "Qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis by RP-HPLC with UV detection," with sterility by USP <1223> BacT/ALERT and endotoxin by kinetic chromogenic LAL, matches the panel Primeva's page describes; the PDF's own endotoxin specification line reads under 80 EU per vial against a measured under 1.5 EU per vial, a looser printed specification than the under-1.5 figure Primeva's tile presents as though it were the specification itself. So the underlying analytical document is real and its figures are the ones Primeva republishes, but by its own face it was not commissioned in Primeva's name, was not run on a Primeva-labeled vial, and was not performed by "Analytical Formulations, Inc." as Primeva's certificate page states. I fetched chromate.org directly: it resolves to a live site for an independent supplement-testing lab describing itself as testing dietary-supplement products for the fitness community and running "unannounced testing," with a JavaScript-gated verify portal ("javascript must be enabled to access database") that a plain fetch could not exercise, so certificate #34572 / access code NOVATIDEAJN2 could not be checked against the lab's own database from curl alone. I fetched novatideusa.com directly: it resolves to a live B2B site describing itself as "Your trusted B2B peptide supplier in the US," offering dropship and private-label services with no minimum order quantity, consistent with the photographed vial being a Novatide house brand a downstream reseller could sell under its own label. I also fetched the domain Primeva's certificate page names as the tester, analyticalformulations.com: it resolves, but a plain fetch returns an unrendered JavaScript application shell with the page title "Analytical Formulations Lab Website" and no readable body text; a meta tag claims "Precision analytical testing for peptides, pharmaceuticals, and nutraceuticals. HPLC, LCMS, purity analysis," but nothing beyond that tag-level claim could be confirmed without executing the site's script, which a plain fetch does not do, so the laboratory Primeva names could not itself be verified as the source of any certificate on the site.
Prices and catalog read on 2026-08-26. The product page and the shop listing both gate every price behind "Sign in for pricing" inside a required-account modal ("Create a complimentary research account or log in to access current pricing, availability, and ordering"), so no price is visible to an unauthenticated visitor on the rendered page, and no account was created to obtain one. The site's own public WooCommerce Store API serves the same figures with no authentication and no session: https://primevalabs.com/wp-json/wc/store/v1/products?per_page=100 returned all 17 catalog items with numeric prices, so the sign-in wall is a rendering choice rather than a real access control. Retatrutide (SKU PL.101, product id 982) prices at $300.00 USD for its one listed size, a 20mg vial (product-page spec table: "Vial Size 20mg"; image alt text: "...Retatrutide 20 mg research-use-only product vial"); no 10mg vial is offered for sale under any SKU, even though the certificate on file for the lot was run against a 10mg fill target (see the certificate entries above). Also recorded, all USD, single-size listings unless noted: Reconstitution Water (PL.100) $15.00, GHK-Cu (PL.102) $100.00, KLOW Blend (PL.104) $200.00, GLOW Blend (PL.103) $180.00, BPC-157/TB-500 (PL.105) $120.00, BPC-157 (PL.106) $100.00, TB-500 (PL.107) $80.00, NAD+ (PL.108) $120.00, 5-Amino-1MQ (PL.109) $150.00, MOTS-c (PL.110) $150.00, Thymosin Alpha-1 (PL.113) $100.00, Semax (PL.114) $80.00, Melanotan II (PL.115) $100.00, Glutathione (PL.116) $80.00, and CJC-1295 No DAC plus Ipamorelin (PL.117) $80.00; Tesamorelin (no SKU printed in the feed) spans $80.00 to $140.00 across a size range the API reports only as a price_range without breaking out each step. Catalog scope: 17 products in the shop, matching /product-sitemap.xml, grouped into seven overlapping categories the shop page prints as Aesthetics 4, Cognition & Vitality 3, Growth Hormone 2, Longevity 3, Metabolic 4, Peptide Blends 4 and Recovery & Repair 5. Payment: the homepage FAQ states plainly, "Accepted methods are shown at checkout and currently include Zelle, LinkPay, Cash App, and Venmo. Credit cards are not processed at this time." The privacy policy's data-sharing clause still lists "Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, banks)" as a generic example, which does not match the FAQ's stated peer-to-peer methods and reads as boilerplate that was not updated to match actual checkout practice. Shipping: "Free shipping on orders over $250" runs as a sitewide banner; the dedicated Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy page names UPS and USPS as carriers, states 1-2 business day processing and a 3-5 business day delivery estimate, and states risk of loss and title pass to the buyer at shipment. No page fetched states an explicit US-only restriction or publishes any non-US rate, though every fulfillment reference describes domestic shipping only: the carriers named, and the /tempe-arizona/ page's "domestic, U.S.-based order support and shipping" and "Orders are prepared for U.S. fulfillment." Returns: "Due to the nature of research-use products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below," with a narrow damaged-or-incorrect exception requiring contact within 48 hours of delivery plus photos, reviewed "at our discretion." Cancellation is allowed only before an order ships. Research-use-only language appears at account creation (an "I confirm I am 21+" tick bundled with Terms and Research-Use-Disclaimer agreement), in a four-line FAQ answer, in the footer FDA non-evaluation paragraph repeated on every page fetched, and in dedicated Terms of Service and Research Use & Medical Disclaimers pages. Entity and contact: the legal entity named in the Terms, the Disclaimers and the Refund policy is "Primeva Health LLC," trading as Primeva Labs, with the Terms stating Arizona law governs; the /tempe-arizona/ page gives the only location as "Tempe, Arizona, USA" with no street address published anywhere fetched; no telephone number appears on any page fetched; four separate email addresses are published: support@primevalabs.com, orders@primevalabs.com, founder@primevalabs.com and payments@primevalabs.com. A wholesale-and-affiliate program is published at /partner/: three wholesale tiers (10+ vials or $1,000+ per order at 15 percent discount, 25+ vials or $2,500+ at 20 percent, 50+ vials or $5,000+ at 25 percent) and an affiliate track (20 percent commission on a referred customer's first order, 10 percent lifetime recurring on reorders).
CAUTIONCautions noted. First and most substantial: the sole published Retatrutide certificate is, by its own letterhead, a Chromate report issued to Novatide for a Novatide-branded vial, not a Primeva Labs order, and not from "Analytical Formulations, Inc.," the laboratory Primeva's certificate page names as tester; see the lab-verifiability entry above for the full comparison. Whether Primeva sources finished, pre-tested vials through Novatide's white-label pipeline and republishes the upstream document as its own, whether the same batch was independently retested under Primeva's own name and never published, or whether the wrong file was attached, could not be determined from the pages fetched. Second, the /coa/ page and the /tempe-arizona/ page both describe testing in stronger terms than the one certificate I could fully open supports: /tempe-arizona/ states batches are "independently analyzed by an accredited U.S. laboratory," and /coa/ prints "cGMP-Certified Facility," "cGLP - USP Standards" and "Third-Party Verified" as bare badges with no registrar, certificate number, or scope named for any of the three; neither Chromate's own homepage nor the Analytical Formulations placeholder shell state an ISO 17025 or other accreditation anywhere I could load. Third, the sold item is a 20mg fill, and the only certificate on file was run against a 10mg fill target from the same lot, so no document on the site reports a measurement taken on a 20mg-fill sample of the product actually shipped. Fourth, pricing is presented to a visitor as gated behind account creation, but the same figures are served in full, unauthenticated, by the site's own public Store API, so the sign-in wall constrains only the rendered page, not the underlying data. Fifth, the privacy policy's payment-processor example (Stripe, banks) sits alongside a FAQ that states plainly that credit cards are not processed and names Zelle, LinkPay, Cash App and Venmo instead, a boilerplate-versus-stated-practice mismatch rather than a resolved contradiction. Sixth, eleven of the 38 published certificates document compounds absent from today's 17-item catalog altogether (AOD 9604, standalone CJC-1295 No DAC, DSIP, Epitalon, GHRP-6 Acetate, standalone Ipamorelin, Kisspeptin, PT-141, Selank, Sermorelin, SS-31), so the certificate library is broader than, and not a live mirror of, the current shop.
