Compiled automatically from the dated observations in this vendor's record. How we evaluate.

Cyan: documentation, scored from dated observations. Warm: reader ratings, from approved reviews.

Never merged into one number. Some supplier links here are referral links, marked where they appear, which pay Terminus Research when a reader buys. The same terms are open to every supplier in the ledger, apart from the one exception the referral policy page names, participation changes no score, rank, caution, or coverage decision, and a link is not an endorsement.

Onyx BioLabs' own 10mg retatrutide certificate, report KVR-2026-B3A088, reports a net content of 14.02 mg against that same document's printed acceptance band of 9 to 11 mg, roughly 40 percent above the 10mg label claim, yet carries a passing check mark on that line, and the issuing lab's own verification lookup, called by report number, returns a published record marking that net-content line passing against the same band, so the mismarked pass sits in the lab's stored data, not just the PDF. A second published 10mg batch, RET10-26051A, reads 10.15 mg and falls inside the same tolerance, so the two 10mg lots on file diverge by roughly 38 percent, and three further certificates in the library, issued by a third laboratory the site's own text never names, print the placeholder word TEST where a compound name and figure belong and carry no acceptance band. Has anyone bought a vial from the batch behind KVR-2026-B3A088 specifically and can say whether an outside HPLC reading lands near 10 mg, 14 mg, or somewhere else entirely?

Trustpilot standing

This supplier was not part of the Trustpilot reading of 2026-08-25, which covered 59 of the 126 suppliers on file. That is a fact about this publication's coverage, stated rather than left to be read either way.

Our claims re-read

6 claims from this publication's own dossier on this supplier were read again against the live site on 2026-08-26: 0 held, 6 corrected before publication.

A corrected claim is an error of ours that the re-read caught before it reached a page. This line tracks this publication's own accuracy. It says nothing about the supplier.

Certificates are published from a single long-scrolling CoA page at /lab-results/, hosted as PDFs on the vendor's own domain under /wp-content/uploads/. Counting the DOWNLOAD COA links in the fetched page, it holds 73 certificates. By badge, 72 are marked HPLC PURITY VERIFIED and one, an HCG-10000IU batch, is instead marked JANOSHIK QUANTITATIVE VERIFIED REPORT #210733. The badge split is not the lab split: by issuing laboratory, 69 documents carry Kovera Labs report numbers in the KVR-2026 series, one is the Janoshik report, and three, filed as Onyx2602090108, Onyx2602090109 and Onyx2602090110, are certificates from a third laboratory the site's own organization description never acknowledges, Freedom Diagnostics Testing, each printing a client field of Onyx BioLabs, received 02/09/2026, reported 2/11/2026, and signed Stephen Schmidt, Principal Chemist, while wearing the same HPLC PURITY VERIFIED badge as the Kovera cards; the strings Freedom Diagnostics and Stephen Schmidt appear nowhere in the visible page text of any page fetched. Seventeen of the 73 documents cover Retatrutide, one of the seventeen being a Freedom Diagnostics document (lot RETA0925-15-1) rather than a Kovera one, spanning all seven sold vial sizes (5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40 and 60mg), with several sizes carrying two or more separate batch documents (for example two distinct 10mg batches and three distinct 5mg batches). I downloaded and read one Retatrutide certificate in full: report KVR-2026-B3A088, batch RET10-260312A, the document that matches the vendor's own SKU OBL-RETA-10MG. Client field: Onyx BioLabs. Analyzed 03/27/2026. Product: Retatrutide, form lyophilized powder, molecular formula C221H342N46O68, CAS number 2381089-83-2 (both consistent with the compound's accepted structure), cap color green, crimp color silver. The method is named on the face of the document: RP-HPLC on a C18 column with DAD detection at 214 nm for the purity line, and LC-MS for the identity line. Findings: purity of 99.948 percent against a printed reference standard of greater than 98 percent, net content of 14.02 mg against a printed reference standard band of 10mg plus or minus 10 percent (that is, 9 to 11 mg), and identity confirmed as Retatrutide, all three lines marked with a passing check mark on the document despite the net-content figure sitting roughly 40 percent above the certificate's own printed acceptance band. Signed David Cohen, Lab Director, with a QR code and the pair Report#: KVR-2026-B3A088 / Access Code: 20KE4Z1 printed for verification at koveralabs.com/verify.

On lab verifiability. koveralabs.com resolves to a live site, fetched today, whose page metadata describes it as an independent compound testing lab in Buffalo Grove, IL offering HPLC/LC-MS purity and identity testing and COA verification. The site is a client-rendered single-page application; the server-delivered HTML carries no body text, only a Terms/Privacy link pair, so I read the static strings inside its own JavaScript application bundle instead. Those strings place the lab in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, in the northern suburbs of Chicago, and repeat the zip code 60089 in three places; a full street address, 350 Lexington Dr, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089, is printed in the bundle in four separate places, a schema.org PostalAddress object and a routine that writes the lab's letterhead onto generated documents among them, and none of the strings ISO 17025, A2LA or accredit appear in the bundle, so the lab publishes its address but makes no accreditation claim I could locate. I then tried to exercise the verification route the certificate itself points to. Loading koveralabs.com/verify directly returns only the application's empty loading shell, since the page needs its JavaScript to run before it queries anything. I located the underlying lookup mechanism the bundle defines for that page and exercised it both ways. Called with the access code exactly as printed on the certificate (20KE4Z1), it returned no matching record, and the verify page's own source explains why: the public lookup keys on the report number, not the access code, which the returned record carries rather than accepts. Called the way the page itself calls it, with report number KVR-2026-B3A088, the same public lookup returns exactly one published record whose access code (20KE4Z1), lot number (RET10-260312A) and compound name (Retatrutide) match the printed certificate character for character, so the certificate's record was independently confirmed to exist and match at the lab. The confirmation cuts both ways: the lab's own stored record marks the net content line as passing at 14.02 mg against its own stored specification of 10mg plus or minus 10 percent, an upper bound of 11 mg, so the mismarked pass on the certificate is baked into the lab's data rather than a rendering artifact on the PDF.

2026-08-26

Benchmark, catalog and policies read from the live site on 2026-08-26. Retatrutide is sold as OBL-3 RT at /product/obl-3-rt/; the product page itself never prints the word Retatrutide anywhere in its own text, only in the page title's parenthetical purity figure and the generic description of a metabolic research compound. The compound is identifiable only through the variation data's SKU pattern, OBL-RETA-{size}MG, and through the separate CoA library, which does print Retatrutide as the certificate's product name for the matching batches. Reading the product page's own variation data for all seven sizes: 5mg (SKU OBL-RETA-5MG) sale USD $54.99 against regular USD $100.00, out of stock; 10mg (SKU OBL-RETA-10MG) sale USD $92.99 against regular USD $180.00, out of stock; 15mg sale USD $129.99 against regular USD $200.00, in stock; 20mg sale USD $159.99 against regular USD $250.00, in stock; 30mg sale USD $199.99 against regular USD $300.00, in stock; 40mg sale USD $249.99 against regular USD $349.99, in stock; 60mg sale USD $299.99 against regular USD $399.99, in stock. Purity is stated on the product page as 99 percent or greater by HPLC, origin USA (Charlotte, NC), lyophilized format, same-day dispatch claimed for orders placed before 2 PM EST, with bulk discounts of 5 percent at 2 to 5 vials, 10 percent at 6 to 10 vials and 20 percent at 11 or more vials. Catalog scope: the shop page's own pagination line reads Showing 1 to 20 of 41, so 41 total catalog products spanning peptide vials, capsule-format products, blends, a reconstitution solution, two apparel items and a starter kit; the 73-document CoA library exceeds that count because several products carry more than one batch document. Shipping: standard USD $11.99 (3 to 5 business days), free over USD $200.00, expedited USD $19.99 (1 to 2 business days), plus an opt-out Route parcel-protection add-on; no page fetched (shipping, refund, terms or the product page) names any country other than the United States, and the product page's own language, no customs delays, no seized packages, is consistent only with a US-domestic shipping claim; none of the pages fetched state an explicit international shipping policy either way. Payment, from the dedicated Payment & Billing page: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards, ACH/bank transfer, Zelle, Cash App and cryptocurrency, with billing currency stated explicitly as United States Dollars. Entity: legal name Onyx Holding, LLC, trading as Onyx BioLabs, address 9311 JW Clay Blvd STE 2050A, Charlotte, NC 28262, phone +1 (704) 665-5551 marked text-only, email support@onyxbiolabs.com, governing law stated as North Carolina. Refund policy: all sales final except damaged, defective, incorrect or carrier-confirmed-lost claims filed within 48 hours, with an insurance opt-out (Route) that shifts liability for lost or stolen delivered packages onto the buyer if declined at checkout.

CAUTIONCautions noted, all against pages and documents fetched today. First and most concrete: the one certificate opened for the 10mg benchmark size reports a net content of 14.02 mg against that same certificate's own printed acceptance band of 9 to 11 mg (10mg plus or minus 10 percent), yet the net-content line carries a passing check mark alongside the purity and identity lines rather than a failing mark or any flagged exception; this is a direct reading of the primary document, not an inference. Second, the product page for this item never names the compound in its own text at all, so a buyer relying on that page's wording alone, without cross-checking the SKU or the separate CoA library, cannot confirm what compound they are ordering from the page's own copy. Third, two published Retatrutide certificates for the same nominal 10mg label diverge substantially: a 2026-05 batch (RET10-26051A) reports 10.15 mg against the 10mg label, inside the stated tolerance, while the 2026-03 batch actually opened (RET10-260312A) reports 14.02 mg, roughly 38 percent higher than the other 10mg batch and well outside the tolerance printed on its own certificate; nothing on the site explains the spread between the two. Fourth, the About page states the company sources materials globally while every other trust claim on the site (About, product page, CoA library) emphasizes domestic US testing and fulfillment exclusively; the global-sourcing half of that claim is not itself documented or attributed to any named supplier anywhere I fetched. Fifth, two homepage trust badges, Powered by VerifyPass (attached to an institutional discount program) and Verified by Metrix (in the footer), each carry a discoverable destination on the homepage itself: the VerifyPass line sits beside a button whose click handler opens a verifypass.com authorization popup, and the Metrix badge is a live anchor to a metrix.bio seller profile that also appears in the page's own JSON-LD sameAs list; the destinations exist and are checkable, but what either third party actually attests to was not examined from the pages read. Sixth, the lab's own certificate-verification lookup, once called with its actual key, the report number, confirmed the one certificate tested: a published record exists at the lab matching the printed access code, lot number and compound name, and that record stores the out-of-band net content line as a pass, so the lab's database, not just the PDF, carries the mismarked pass; the lab-verifiability entry holds the mechanics. Seventh, the Payment & Billing page's rolling banner, re-read 2026-08-26, cycles four promotional and trust messages only: a first-purchase discount code, a claim of 50-plus independent third-party lab reports live, a Verified Kovera Logistics Network line, and a Zelle and Cash App availability line; the 50-plus figure undersells the site's own certificate library of 73 published documents, and an earlier reading of this banner as a platform-maintenance notice did not survive re-checking, the only 48-hour language on the page being the refund policy's damaged-item reporting window. Eighth, the three Freedom Diagnostics certificates in the library differ from the Kovera format in ways a reader should know: the library card titled GLOW BLEND (70mg), batch GLOW0925-100-1, links a certificate issued for GHK-CU 100mg under lot GHK0925-100-1, a different product and a different lot than the card names, though the purity and net-content figures match between card and document; all three print the literal placeholder word TEST in the mass identification table where a compound name and figure belong; none of the three prints a reference standard or acceptance band, so no pass-against-specification check is possible on their face; and two of the three report net peptide content above the labeled quantity (Retatrutide 15mg at 19.80 mg with purity 99.308 percent, Tesamorelin 5mg at 6.17 mg at 99.275 percent, and the GHK-CU 100mg at 90.48 mg at 99.923 percent, each by the documents' own stated method of HPLC with UV detection coupled with mass spectrometry), extending the 14.02 mg against 10mg pattern already flagged above.
