Never merged into one number. Some supplier links here are referral links, marked where they appear, which pay Terminus Research when a reader buys. The same terms are open to every supplier in the ledger, apart from the one exception the referral policy page names, participation changes no score, rank, caution, or coverage decision, and a link is not an endorsement.
Legendary Peptides is a named defendant in one of six federal lawsuits Eli Lilly filed on 2026-08-12 against research-use-only sellers of retatrutide, alleging retatrutide sold for research use was in fact marketed for human use; this is a filed allegation, not a finding, and the vendor's response has not surfaced yet. The company links a per-product Certificate of Analysis and names a real, addressed laboratory, Freedom Diagnostics, but the PDFs render as file downloads rather than readable pages, so no lot number, purity value, or analyst name could actually be extracted from any certificate, and no numeric purity claim appears anywhere on the site to check against one. The refund page reads "all sales are final" beside a seven-day window for damage or wrong items; a reader who has opened one of these COA PDFs, or watched how Legendary responds to the Lilly complaint, could fill in what the record cannot show today.
What the record holds
SAME DAY, CUTOFF STATED
“orders before 12:00 PM Central are "typically shipped the same day"”
later orders ship the next business day; all shipments are sent FedEx 2-day delivery; sitewide banner: orders over $200 ship free; damage/wrong-item claims within 7 days, resolved by replacement at our discretion
Read from this supplier's own pages on 2026-08-23. This publication has never placed an order with any supplier. This row records what is written and measures nothing about what actually happens after an order.
No Trustpilot listing for this supplier could be read on 2026-08-25.
Terminus read the standing of the listing itself and nothing under it. The reviews behind any figure above were not gathered, read, or checked here, and no reader review on this site feeds that number.
This record is older than the re-read program, so no claim-by-claim accounting exists for it yet.

Litigation on the public record, stated as allegation and not as a finding. On 2026-08-12 Eli Lilly filed six federal lawsuits against research-use-only sellers of retatrutide, and Legendary Peptides is a named defendant. Lilly's complaints allege that the defendants sold a copy of its unapproved compound retatrutide labeled for research use only while marketing it for human use, and ask the courts for a permanent injunction against making, marketing or selling any retatrutide product together with disgorgement of profits. The suits were filed in federal courts in California and Texas and reported by CBS News, NPR and the pharmaceutical trade press on 2026-08-12 and 2026-08-13. Everything in this note is an allegation by a party. No finding of liability has been entered, and the vendor's response on the record has not been observed here.
On certificates: every product page I opened carries a COA block with a "View COA" link to a PDF hosted on the vendor's own domain and a separate "VERIFY COA NOW" link pointing off-site to https://freedomdiagnosticstesting.com/search-for-your-coa-based-on-the-unique-accession-number. Observed on /product/reta/ (linking legendary-peptides-reta-10mg-certificate-of-analysis-coa.pdf, uploaded 2026/07), /product/tesamorelin-10-mg/ (Tesa_COA_.pdf, uploaded 2026/06) and /product/klow-80mg/ (KLOW_COA_025-1.pdf, uploaded 2026/06), so documents are per product and separately dated rather than one catalog-wide file. The lab is named and independently verifiable. Freedom Diagnostics Testing publishes a physical address at 133 Holiday Ct Suite 106, Franklin, TN 37067, states "Est. 2023 - Franklin, Tennessee", and advertises a public lookup with a live counter reading "42,378 +" certificates "searchable by accession number or company name", fetched 2026-08-23. Its own stated scope is "Every COA includes both HPLC purity and LC-MS identity confirmation - never one without the other" with a "2-4" day turnaround. No ISO/IEC 17025, A2LA or CLIA accreditation appears anywhere on that homepage, so the lab is a real, addressed, independent business but its accreditation status is UNVERIFIED. I have not verified the contents of any Legendary Peptides certificate. The PDFs are vector documents whose text is stored in subset fonts, the browser pane returns them as a file download rather than a rendered page, and the images I extracted from inside them are photographs of the labeled vials, not certificate scans. No lot number, purity figure, analysis date or analyst name was readable to me from any certificate.
Recorded prices, read on the product pages 2026-08-23: GLP3 (R) shown as a range, "$60.00 - $145.00", across 10mg, 15mg, 20mg and 30mg options. Tesa 10mg $59.00. KLOW 80mg $94.50. Mots-c 40mg $99.00. BPC-157 10mg $45.00. Selank 10mg $45.00. GHK-cu $30.00 to $55.00. KPV 10mg $55.00. GLOW 70mg $69.00. LIPO-C+ 120mg $65.00. Tesamorelin (10mg) + Ipamorelin (5mg) $95.00. A sitewide banner reads "ALL ORDERS OVER $200 SHIP FREE" and "USE CODE RESEARCH10 TO GET 10% OFF AT CHECKOUT". Dispatch, from /shipping-policy/ dated June 2026: orders before 12:00 PM Central are "typically shipped the same day", later orders the next business day, and "all shipments are sent FedEx 2-day delivery". The vendor disclaims liability for "Carrier delays, errors, or lost/stolen packages". Refunds, from /refund_returns/ dated July 2026: "All orders placed through Legendary Peptides are non-refundable" and "Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged for any reason". The only exception published is damage in shipping or a wrong item, claimed within seven days of delivery with photographs, resolved by replacement "at our discretion". The same page carries a chargeback clause stating disputes can lead to account suspension, collections activity, and notification to relevant financial institutions. Payment methods are not enumerated anywhere reachable without checking out; the FAQ says only "We currently accept most major forms of payment", so the specific methods are UNVERIFIED. Research-use-only language is present at every point I looked: a 21-and-over entry interstitial, a per-product "For Research Use Only. Not for Human Consumption." line, and a footer disclaimer citing 21 CFR 809.10(c) and stating the company is neither a 503A compounding pharmacy nor a 503B outsourcing facility.
CAUTIONCautions noted, and one of them cuts in the vendor's favor. No numeric purity claim appears anywhere I read on this site. The homepage, FAQ and product pages describe scope rather than a figure, for example a 6-panel testing menu that includes ID, purity, content, endotoxins, conformity, and sterility and testing "via High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Mass Spectrometry (MS) via reputable third-party testing companies located in the USA". I found no rounder purity figure, no grade-inflating language, and no bare purity percentage on any page I opened. Against that, three observations. First, the certificate documents are published but not readable in practice by the route the site offers: the PDFs download rather than display, so a visitor's ability to actually inspect a lot figure before ordering is weaker than the presence of the links suggests, and I could not confirm the documents are batch-specific despite the refund page describing them as "batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COAs)". Second, the accession number that the "VERIFY COA NOW" flow requires does not appear anywhere in the product page markup I searched, so the independent-verification path cannot be walked without first opening the PDF. Third, the refund page states "all sales are final" while simultaneously offering a seven-day damage-or-wrong-item window; the two coexist on one page rather than contradicting across pages, but the seven-day window is short relative to the 14-to-30-day terms published by several vendors in this ledger.
