Never merged into one number. Some supplier links here are referral links, marked where they appear, which pay Terminus Research when a reader buys. The same terms are open to every supplier in the ledger, apart from the one exception the referral policy page names, participation changes no score, rank, caution, or coverage decision, and a link is not an endorsement.
Full Scale Peptides' retatrutide certificate can be pulled directly from the laboratory's own domain: Freedom Diagnostics' public search index and PDF endpoint returned a document matching the vendor's copy field for field, lot FSP-RT10-0126-A, net peptide content 13.85 mg, purity 99.985 percent by HPLC with UV detection coupled with mass spectrometry. The homepage displays a 'USP Grade' badge twice alongside an unqualified '99%+ Purity,' but nothing on the site or on that certificate references a United States Pharmacopeia monograph, and the certificate itself reports purity and identity only, with no sterility or endotoxin test despite the site's own claim of sterile packaging. A reader who has bought from this vendor could say whether the COA library, whose grid still prints a single February 2026 date line that is wrong for eight of its fourteen certificates, has been brought current, or whether the two July documents the laboratory's own index holds for this account remain unpublished on the site.

This supplier was not part of the Trustpilot reading of 2026-08-25, which covered 59 of the 126 suppliers on file. That is a fact about this publication's coverage, stated rather than left to be read either way.
8 claims from this publication's own dossier on this supplier were read again against the live site on 2026-08-25: 0 held, 8 corrected before publication.
A corrected claim is an error of ours that the re-read caught before it reached a page. This line tracks this publication's own accuracy. It says nothing about the supplier.

Certificates are published two ways, from a COA library at /coa/ and embedded on the product page itself. The library carries 14 certificates, delivered as base64 PNG images inside the page rather than as linked files, covering NAD+ 500mg, Tesamorelin 10mg, GLP-3R 10mg, BPC-157/TB-500 5mg/5mg, GHK-Cu 50mg, GLOW blend, CJC-1295 without DAC 10mg, SNAP-8 10mg, DSIP 5mg, MOTS-C 10mg, Kisspeptin 10mg, VIP 10mg, GLP-2 TRZ 10mg and KPV 10mg. The shop lists 21 items, of which two are not peptides, a reconstitution solution and an atomizer, so the peptide count is 19. The library indexes 14 of them, but the coverage on the site is wider than the library: Semax, Selank, Melanotan II and Ipamorelin/CJC-1295 no DAC 5/5mg each publish a certificate in their own product gallery without appearing in the library, reporting purity by HPLC-UV of 99.27%, 99.80%, 99.89% and 99.79% in that order with identity by LC-MS, and each of the four matches the laboratory-hosted PDF I pulled independently. That makes 18 of the 19 peptides documented somewhere on the site. The one peptide with no certificate anywhere is BPC-157 10mg, which is out of stock. The named laboratory is Freedom Diagnostics. I extracted and read the GLP-3R certificate in full: accession number 2602150268, client Full Scale Peptides, search code Full2602150268, received 02/16/2026, reported 2/17/2026, product GLP-3R 10mg, lot FSP-RT10-0126-A, net peptide content 13.85 mg, purity 99.985%, identity GLP RT, appearance white lyophilized powder. The method is stated on the face of the document: "All Chemical Analysis was performed by HPLC with UV Detection Coupled with Mass Spectrometry", and the disclaimer adds that the analysis was "conducted using LCMS/MS". The document shows a chromatogram with a glycine peak near the void and the GLP-RT peak at roughly 14.3 min, a mass spectrum with [M+3H]3+ at 1577.28 and [M+3H+Na]4+ at 1188.83, and a photograph of a Full Scale vial labelled GLP-3R 10MG. Signed Stephen Schmidt, Principal Chemist. The same certificate is also embedded on the retatrutide product page at /wp-content/uploads/2026/08/full-scale-retatrutide-10mg-coa.webp, so the page's own statement that the certificate is "published on this page - before you buy, not sent on request" is accurate as read today.
On lab verifiability, and I exercised the verification route rather than describing it. freedomdiagnosticstesting.com resolves to a live analytical laboratory site, fetched today, giving a street address, "133 Holiday Ct Suite 106, Franklin, TN 37067", stating operation since 2023, a 2 to 4 day turnaround, "42,000+ public COAs", and a stated policy that "Every COA includes both HPLC purity and LC-MS identity confirmation - never one without the other". Its lookup page instructs that the Search Code is "the first 4 characters of your company name followed by your accession number", which matches the Full2602150268 printed on the vendor's certificate. The lookup is backed by a Cloudflare Worker index at coa-list.nameless-credit-789e.workers.dev with documents served from coas.freedomdiagnosticstesting.com. Querying that index for the company name Full Scale Peptides returned 20 search codes, including Full2602150268. Sorted against what the vendor publishes, fourteen of the 20 are the certificates already in the vendor's own library, four are the July documents now sitting in the Semax, Selank, Melanotan II and Ipamorelin/CJC-1295 product galleries, and two are published nowhere on the vendor site at all: a GLP-3R 10mg document, lot FSP-GLP3RT-0626-01, reported 07/02/2026, purity of 99.95% by HPLC-UV with identity by LC-MS and net content 11.38 mg, and a KPV 10mg document reported 7/28/2026. Both are newer than what the corresponding product pages show. Requesting coas.freedomdiagnosticstesting.com/Full2602150268.pdf returned HTTP 200 and application/pdf at 211,899 bytes. I ran two controls: an invented company name returned an empty file list, and an invented code, Full9999999999.pdf, returned HTTP 404. I extracted the text layer of the laboratory-hosted PDF and every field matches the image the vendor publishes: accession 2602150268, lot FSP-RT10-0126-A, net peptide content 13.85 mg, purity 99.985%, the HPLC-with-UV-coupled-to-mass-spectrometry method line, and the Stephen Schmidt signature. This closes an item the buyer walk of 2026-08-24 left open, which recorded that the accession had not been queried against the lab's portal. What the check proves is that the laboratory hosts a document matching the vendor's copy, not that a corresponding record exists in any laboratory information system. Freedom Diagnostics makes no testing-competence accreditation claim on its homepage: the words accreditation, ISO 17025, A2LA and CLIA appear nowhere on it, and it states its independence instead, "No vendor affiliations. No supplier relationships. No conflicts of interest." Its certificate lookup page is not so bare, and what it displays there is the wrong standard for the job: a two-badge standards strip asserting ISO 9001 compliance and Good Laboratory Practice principles, with no registrar, certificate number or scope named for either, and ISO 9001 is a quality-management standard rather than a testing-competence one.
Benchmark and prices read on 2026-08-25. Retatrutide is listed as "GLP-3R 10mg", SKU FSP-GLP3R-10MG, at $80.00 marked down from $100.00, with published per-unit tiers of $77.60 each at 2 bottles, $76.00 at 3 or more and $72.00 at 10 or more. Also recorded: GLOW blend 70mg $110.00 from $130.00, CJC-1295 no DAC 10mg $85.00, Tirzepatide (GLP-2 TRZ) 10mg $70.00 from $80.00, Tesamorelin 10mg $70.00 from $80.00, VIP 10mg $70.00, NAD+ 500mg $65.00, Wolverine Blend BPC-157/TB-500 10mg $60.00, BPC-157 10mg $55.00 and out of stock, GHK-Cu 50mg $50.00, KPV 10mg $50.00, Melanotan II 10mg $40.00, DSIP 5mg $35.00, SNAP-8 10mg $35.00, reconstitution solution 10ml $15.00. The retatrutide product page is the most complete in this group: it publishes CAS number 2381089-83-2, the alternate designation LY3437943, molecular formula and a molecular weight of 4731.33 g/mol which agrees with the mass spectrum on its own certificate, net peptide content 10 mg, purity "≥99% (HPLC)", identity confirmation by mass spectrometry, the testing laboratory by name, storage as "−20°C, protect from light and moisture", and reconstitution guidance directing the stream against the vial wall and warning against repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Policies, published at /shipping-returns/ with a separate /refund-policy/ while /shipping-policy/ answers 404: US addresses only, shipped by USPS or FedEx, free US shipping over $200, same-day dispatch on orders before 4 PM ET. Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of purchase and not after. The refund position is a "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Defective Vials Only)" limited to broken or cracked vials, leakage in transit, improper sealing and compromised sterility, with photographs or video required and return shipping covered when a defect is confirmed. For a lost package, "A reshipment may be processed 7 business days after the original estimated delivery date, once carrier confirmation is received", but the same page states the vendor "is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed". Research-use-only language is heavy and early: an entry gate requiring two ticks, "I am at least 21 years of age" and a qualified-researcher confirmation for "in vitro / laboratory research only - not for human or veterinary use", which is a client-side overlay rather than a barrier, absent from the shop and about pages and bypassed entirely by a direct fetch. There is also a dedicated /ruo/ page, an RUO block on the shop page carrying the FDA non-evaluation line, and a footer line on the COA library adding the correct caveat that its testing findings are batch-specific and not transferable. Identity is thin but not anonymous: the legal entity is named as Full Scale Peptides LLC, a Florida limited liability company, on the /ruo/ page three times under 21 C.F.R. 312.160, in the privacy policy, and on the terms page, which adds that the registered address is on file with the Florida Division of Corporations and will be furnished on written request. What is genuinely absent is a street address, a telephone number and any named individual: the About page tells the firefighter-founder story at length, that the business "was founded by an active Florida firefighter" and is "family-run and based in Florida", without ever naming him. Contact is support@fullscalepeptides.com.
CAUTIONCautions noted, and they sit in the marketing rather than the documentation. First, "USP Grade" is displayed twice on the homepage as a headline standard, alongside "99%+ Purity", "3rd Party Tested" and "Same Day Shipping". Nothing I read on the site, and nothing on the certificate, references a United States Pharmacopeia monograph or a compendial test, and the certificate reports purity and identity only. Second, the catalog-wide claim "Third-party tested for 99%+ purity, with a certificate of analysis on every batch" carries no method at the claim site, and the gap behind it is one of library completeness rather than of testing: 18 of the 19 peptides in the shop publish a certificate somewhere, but the COA library indexes only 14 while that library page's own meta description claims a certificate for every research peptide sold, so five of the nineteen are missing from the index a visitor is pointed at and four of those five are documented in their product galleries instead. The product page does qualify the figure correctly as "≥99% (HPLC)", so the problem is the homepage version, not the product page. Third, a decorative badge in the homepage features block reads "BATCH FSP-24619" beside "PURITY ≥ 99.0%", and that batch number appears on no certificate in the library; the published retatrutide lot is FSP-RT10-0126-A. Fourth, the comparison table asserts "Sterile packaging" and "laboratory-grade handling", and the returns policy accepts a defect claim for "Compromised sterility", while no certificate on the site reports a sterility or endotoxin test at all. Fifth, the published retatrutide certificate is dated 2/17/2026, six months before today, and the laboratory's own index holds later accessions for this client, so the document on the page is not the most recent testing the lab has done for this vendor. The staleness is visible without leaving the site: eight of the 14 library certificates were received 05/26/2026 and reported 05/27/2026, three months newer than the retatrutide document, while the library grid prints a single Feb 2026 date line that is wrong for eight of the fourteen. The two template generations carry two different signatories as well, Stephen Schmidt, Principal Chemist on the six February documents and Alex Johnson, Principal Chemist on the eight May ones. Sixth, the certificate reports 13.85 mg net peptide content on a vial sold as 10mg, with no note on the page or the document explaining the overage, and the retatrutide page's own specifications table states 10 mg where its certificate states 13.85 mg. Net content diverges from label in both directions across the library. Over label on seven documents besides retatrutide: Tesamorelin 12.77 mg on 10mg, GHK-CU 62.49 mg on 50mg, GLP-2 TRZ 11.71 mg on 10mg, SNAP-8 11.25 mg on 10mg, DSIP 6.63 mg on 5mg, CJC-1295 10.61 mg on 10mg and KPV 10.23 mg on 10mg. Under label on four: NAD+ 466.83 mg on 500mg, Kisspeptin 8.66 mg on 10mg, VIP 9.23 mg on 10mg and MOTS-C 9.85 mg on 10mg. Seventh, the homepage testimonial carousel holds 12 distinct cards, each rendered twice in a looping marquee so the markup carries 24, and every one is five star. Only two bylines, Jennifer and Karla Torres, carry a verified-buyer label; ten are bare, and four are full first-and-last names. No order reference and no disclosure of how any of them were collected appears anywhere, and a Trustpilot plugin configuration sits in the page source with no rendered widget behind it.
