Following this record emails you when it gains a dated entry or its published claims are re-read, and nothing about any other supplier. No topic below is ticked: tick one only if you also want it in the same email.
Compiled automatically from the dated observations in this vendor's record. How we evaluate.
Never merged into one number. Some supplier links here are referral links, marked where they appear, which pay Terminus Research when a reader buys. The same terms are open to every supplier in the ledger, apart from the one exception the referral policy page names, participation changes no score, rank, caution, or coverage decision, and a link is not an endorsement.
Forward Peptides' About page hosts a certificate selector listing fourteen products, and thirteen of those entries still carry the literal placeholder text PASTE_URL_HERE rather than a document, firing a coming-soon alert when a visitor clicks one. The product page for retatrutide states that every batch is screened by an accredited independent laboratory, and the About page names American Laboratory Testing Services as that lab, but no site or accreditation listing for ALTS could be located, and the laboratory that actually issued ten of the eleven certificates published on product pages, Accumark Labs, describes its own accreditation as pending on its own site. A reader who has ordered from this vendor could say whether the About page selector has since been filled in with real certificate links, or whether NAD+ still ships labeled 500mg on a page whose own certificate and About selector both put it at 1000mg.
What the record holds
STATED WINDOW IN DAYS
“Orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days (M-F)”
US only; USPS, UPS and FedEx named; two service levels quoted at 5-8 and 1-3 business days; tracking sent by email; no rate or free-shipping threshold published
Read from this supplier's own pages on 2026-08-25. This publication has never placed an order with any supplier. This row records what is written and measures nothing about what actually happens after an order.
$85.42
Compound retatrutide 10mg
Listed as GLP-3 (Retatrutide), 10 MG, and a duplicate listing GLP-3 RT at the same price
Price as recorded $85.42 for one vial, $230.00 for the 3 Pack, $363.46 for the 5 Pack
Read on 2026-08-25. One reading on one day, and prices are not tracked over time here.
This supplier was not part of the Trustpilot reading of 2026-08-25, which covered 59 of the 126 suppliers on file. That is a fact about this publication's coverage, stated rather than left to be read either way.
15 claims from this publication's own dossier on this supplier were read again against the live site on 2026-08-25: 0 held, 15 corrected before publication.
A corrected claim is an error of ours that the re-read caught before it reached a page. This line tracks this publication's own accuracy. It says nothing about the supplier.

Certificates are published as inline gallery images on the product page itself, not from a catalog index. Fetched today, 11 of the 14 products in /product-sitemap.xml carry a certificate image; bacteriostatic water, the Tesamorelin plus Ipamorelin blend and DSIP carry none. The sitemap at /page-sitemap.xml lists 17 pages and none of them is a certificates page, but the footer "View COAs" anchor is not dead: it points at /about-us/, which carries a certificate selector of 14 options grouped under the five collection names. Thirteen of those 14 entries hold the literal placeholder string PASTE_URL_HERE and fire a coming-soon alert when chosen, and only the CJC (No DAC) plus Ipamorelin entry resolves to a live certificate URL, while 10 of the 13 unfilled entries have certificates already published on their own product pages. The selector also contradicts the catalog: it lists SS-31 10mg and Wolverine 10/10mg, neither of which is a catalog product page title, and three of its strengths disagree with the product pages, for DSIP, for bacteriostatic water, and for the tirzepatide label against its own script key. Ten of the eleven published certificates are issued by Accumark Labs; the eleventh, on the BPC 157 plus TB-500 page, is issued by Vanguard Laboratory. I opened the retatrutide certificate at /wp-content/uploads/2026/03/retaa-coa.webp in full: sample name Retatrutide, lot code RT1001, sample size 10.0 mg, total quantity 10.16 mg, received 02/10/2026, published 02/19/2026, identity Retatrutide CONFORMS, purity 99.568% against a specification of >98.0% CONFORMS. The method is stated only as a "HPLC Chromatogram Report" whose trace is labelled DAD1A, Sig=220, Ref=360, so it is HPLC with diode-array detection read at 220 nm, single peak at retention time 6.220 min. There is no mass spectrometry on the document. Page two lists Endotoxin (LAL) against a <5.0 EU/mL specification and Rapid Sterility Screening (PCR) against Not Detected, and both report PENDING, so two of the five tests on the certificate have no finding. Signed by Anthony Burke, Lab Manager, whose name carries a doctoral credential suffix on the document face, and Dr. Levi Fried MD, Lab Director, both dated 02/19/2026. I opened a second certificate, /wp-content/uploads/2026/06/tirzepatide-coa.webp, and it is the same format from the same lab: sample name GLP-2T, declared identity Tirzepatide, lot code TZ0002, sample size 30.0 mg, total quantity 27.89 mg, purity 99.82% against >98.0%, received 02/10/2026, published 02/19/2026, HPLC chromatogram DAD1A Sig=220 with a peak at 6.989 min, and the same two PENDING biosafety lines. Both certificates carry February 2026 dates and are the documents on the live product pages on 2026-08-25. The eleventh certificate is another issuer's document entirely: the BPC 157 plus TB-500 page carries a Vanguard Laboratory report, laboratory ID V260106-16 001, lot BTB0001, reported 1/23/2026, giving chromatographic purity by HPLC-UV/VIS of 98.61% plus or minus 0.18%, and it carries an ISO 17025:2017 mark citing A2LA Certificate #6377.01.01, which no Accumark document on this site does.
On the laboratories, and there are three names in play. accumarklabs.com resolves to a live analytical laboratory site fetched today, giving a street address, "1045 N Armando St, Ste D, Anaheim, CA 92806", a telephone number, 949-783-8724, an email at info@accumarklabs.com, and a footer line stating "Accumark Labs is a DBA of Valence Analytical LLC". accumarklabs.net redirects to the same site. Its own homepage carries the badge "ISO 17025 Pending", which is a statement of intent and not a claim to hold the accreditation, and it describes a 48 to 72 hour turnaround and a verification model in which "Every report lives at a unique URL, rendered live from our LIMS, not a downloadable file", with an example URL form of accumarklabs.com/verify/XXXX-XXXX. The certificates Forward Peptides publishes are the downloadable PDF-style artefact rather than that live record: neither the retatrutide nor the tirzepatide image carries a verify code or a verification URL, so the lab's own verification route cannot be exercised from what the vendor publishes. The About Us page names a different laboratory: "All Forward Peptides products are tested by American Laboratory Testing Services (ALTS), an independent, ISO 17025 accredited analytical testing laboratory", said to use HPLC-MS, LC-MS/MS and ICP-MS. I could locate no site or accreditation listing for ALTS today. A web search for the name returned other laboratories and no ALTS, and of the domains I probed only altslab.com resolved, serving a parking redirect to /lander rather than a laboratory. The third name is on the certificates themselves. The BPC 157 plus TB-500 document is not an Accumark artefact: it is issued by Vanguard Laboratory, printed as Olympic Analytical, LLC dba Vanguard, 2635 Parkmont Ln, Olympia WA 98502. So the issuer picture is three way rather than two, with the prose naming ALTS, ten certificates from Accumark and one from Vanguard.
Benchmark and prices read from the live catalog on 2026-08-25. Retatrutide is carried twice under two listings at the same price: "GLP-3 (Retatrutide)" at /product/glp-3-retatrutide/ and "GLP-3 RT" at /product/glp-3-retatrutide-2/, both 10 MG, both $85.42 for one vial. The variation data on the retatrutide page prices the 3 Pack at $230.00 and the 5 Pack at $363.46. Also recorded: GLP-2 (Tirzepatide) 30 MG $120.00, Klow 80 MG blend $122.00, Glow 70 MG blend $109.00, BPC 157 plus TB-500 10MG/10MG $96.00, Thymosin Alpha-1 10 MG $93.00, MOTS-C 10 MG $92.00, NAD+ $86.00 at a vial size the site disputes with itself, Sermorelin 10 MG $90.48, DSIP 10 MG $71.43, bacteriostatic water 30ml $22.99. The catalog holds 14 products. On that NAD+ size: the product page states 500mg/vial in three places, while the certificate published on that same page states a 1000.0 mg sample with a total quantity of 1014.23 mg and purity of 99.7% by HPLC with diode-array detection at 220 nm, and the About page selector lists NAD+ 1000mg. Every item, including the bacteriostatic water, is sold in 1, 3 or 5 packs. Policies: fulfilment is stated on the product page as "Orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days (M-F)", and the homepage FAQ is the sole shipping disclosure. It publishes a United States only destination restriction, three carriers, USPS, UPS and FedEx, two service levels with 5 to 8 and 1 to 3 business day estimates, and tracking sent by email. What is genuinely absent is any rate or free-shipping threshold. /shipping-policy/ returns HTTP 404, the footer shipping link lands on the terms page, which has no shipping section, and no shipping or refund page appears in the sitemap, so the only policy document is /terms-conditions/, which states "All sales are final. Due to the nature of research-grade compounds and strict quality control requirements, we do not accept returns or issue refunds" and allows cancellation "within 24 hours of placement for a full refund". The same page requires that "Purchasers must provide verification of professional status and intended research use prior to order fulfillment". Storage guidance on the retatrutide page is one line, "Keep refrigerated after reconstitution", so the product page storage fields cover only the reconstituted vial; the homepage FAQ carries the missing half, a line storing the powder at minus 20 degrees C. Research-use-only language is present at entry behind a modal requiring a "I confirm I am 21+ years of age or older" tick and a Research Use Agreement, on the product page as a four-line Research Use Only Notice, on the catalog page, and in the footer, which carries a plain research-use sentence only. The FDA non-evaluation paragraph, with its 503A and 503B disclaimers, is not in that footer: it sits in the body of /about-us/ and nowhere else. Payment: the retatrutide product page displays a "We Accept" row naming Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay. That is a badge on the product page, and I did not reach the payment step, so what checkout actually offers is unverified. Contact is support@forwardpeptidesco.com plus a business address at 1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001 and stated hours. No telephone number and no legal entity name appear on the contact page, the terms or the footer.
CAUTIONCautions noted. First, an accreditation claim the evidence does not carry: the retatrutide product page states "Every batch is screened by an accredited independent laboratory before it ships", and the About page names ALTS as "ISO 17025 accredited", while the laboratory that actually issued both certificates I opened, Accumark Labs, describes itself on its own site as "ISO 17025 Pending". The accreditation picture is three way and only one part of it holds up. Vanguard holds an active ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation under A2LA certificate 6377.01, confirmed at the A2LA directory, but its published A2LA scope lists food and environmental matrices, AOAC food microbiology, trace elements under EPA 200.8 modified, and residual solvents, and names no peptide purity method, so the accreditation does not obviously cover the assay on that document. Accumark, issuer of the other ten certificates including the retatrutide benchmark, self-describes its accreditation as pending. ALTS, the only laboratory named in prose, remains unlocatable, its nearest resolving domain is parked, and the misspelled certificate-request address on the About page sits in the ALTS footnote on a domain, forwardrpeptides.com, that answers NXDOMAIN, so the one address given for lot-specific certificates cannot receive mail. Second, the laboratory names conflict three ways: the About page names ALTS as the testing lab for all products, ten of the eleven published certificates are issued by Accumark Labs, and the eleventh is issued by Vanguard. Third, the About page states certificates are "Available upon request - email us for your lot-specific COA", which the product galleries contradict by publishing them outright, and the support address printed in that same About paragraph is support@forwardrpeptides.com, a different domain from the support@forwardpeptidesco.com used on the contact page. Fourth, the duplicate retatrutide listings are backed by the same document: both /product/glp-3-retatrutide/ and /product/glp-3-retatrutide-2/ load the identical certificate file retaa-coa.webp for lot RT1001, so the two listings are not distinguishable by batch either. Fifth, the certificate on the retatrutide page is dated 02/19/2026, six months before today's read, and no lot number appears anywhere on the product page, so a buyer has no way to tell whether the shipped vial is lot RT1001. Sixth, the pack-discount badges are one static widget repeated identically on all 14 product pages, and the cash saving each prints is computed on the struck-through pre-sale ladder rather than on what the packs cost today. On retatrutide the 3 Pack badge reads "SAVE 12%" while the variation data prices it at $230.00 against $256.26 for three singles, a 10.2% reduction, and the 5 Pack badge reads "Save up to 18%" while $363.46 against $427.10 is 14.9%. On four other packs the arithmetic runs the other way and the multi-pack prices at or above the equivalent singles: BPC 157 plus TB-500 3 Pack $289.00 against $288.00 for three singles, MOTS-C 3 Pack $288.00 against $276.00, MOTS-C 5 Pack $460.00 against $460.00, and Tirzepatide 5 Pack $650.00 against $600.00. Seventh, five of the catalog's category names, Restore, Build, Metabolic, Energize and Longevity, are outcome words rather than compound classes, and two products are sold under the nicknames Glow and Klow rather than the compounds in the vial, with the compounds named only in the description text. A third nickname is a naming collision rather than a stray asset path: the same item is titled Wolverine on the homepage Most Popular tile at $121.15 and in the About page certificate selector, and BPC 157+TB-500 on its own product page and its shop card, with the nickname carried in the certificate filename wolve-coa-pdf.jpg as well, so one item sells under two names on the same site. Eighth, NAD+ is sold at a vial size the site cannot agree on: the product page says 500mg/vial in three places, the certificate on that same page reports a 1000.0 mg sample at 1014.23 mg total quantity, and the About selector lists NAD+ 1000mg, a twofold gap between the label a buyer reads and the document offered as proof of it.
