Never merged into one number. Some supplier links here are referral links, marked where they appear, which pay Terminus Research when a reader buys. The same terms are open to every supplier in the ledger, apart from the one exception the referral policy page names, participation changes no score, rank, caution, or coverage decision, and a link is not an endorsement.

Disguised Alpha's retatrutide certificate for lot RTX01, 99.95 percent purity by HPLC, verifies field for field against ILS Laboratories' own public portal lookup, a real laboratory issuing a real document. But the PJLA accreditation number printed on that certificate is legible only as a five-digit shape, and the reading it is consistent with matches no record in PJLA's registry, while the accreditation ILS Laboratories does actually hold, under a different number and a cannabis-testing trading name, covers no peptide, endotoxin, sterility, or fentanyl parameter at all; the customer-facing certificate image also states an endotoxin ceiling twenty times looser than the lab's own record and adds a fentanyl pass mark with no analyte behind it. Has anyone who bought a lot outside the five itemized on the retatrutide grid pulled its certificate and found the same gap between what verifies and what the accreditation actually covers?

Trustpilot standing

This supplier was not part of the Trustpilot reading of 2026-08-25, which covered 59 of the 126 suppliers on file. That is a fact about this publication's coverage, stated rather than left to be read either way.

Our claims re-read

8 claims from this publication's own dossier on this supplier were read again against the live site on 2026-08-25: 0 held, 8 corrected before publication.

A corrected claim is an error of ours that the re-read caught before it reached a page. This line tracks this publication's own accuracy. It says nothing about the supplier.

On certificates and the laboratory. This vendor names a real laboratory and publishes a certificate that verifies against that laboratory's own portal, and the accreditation printed on that certificate fails a registry check; both halves matter and are recorded here. The retatrutide product page, https://disguisedalpha.com/product/retatrutide/, carries a per-lot verified-testing panel naming ILS Laboratories as ISO/IEC 17025 accredited and stating "The lots below were tested by Chromate and ILS Laboratories", with a lot grid rendering 18 cards. Five of the named lots (RTM01, RT305, RTX01, RT005, RT205) carry a purity percentage, labeled and measured milligrams and a test date, while the grid's remaining cards are partial: one 5159981X card carries no purity figure at all, only an identity, a measured 10.23 mg and a test date, FEB29 and FX35 carry a purity value with no labeled mass, five further cards carry only a job number and a test date, and lot codes repeat across cards with differing measured values, FX35 twice and 5159981X several times, so the grid reads as 18 cards over a smaller number of distinct lots. I downloaded the linked certificate image, https://disguisedalpha.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/GLP3-RT_RTX01_Summary.png, and read it directly: a Certificate of Analysis on ILS Laboratories letterhead, 8222 Vickers St, Suite 106, San Diego, CA 92111, phone (619) 329-3999, ils-lab.com, COA #COA-2026-955994, tested for client "Disguised Research" at www.disguisedalpha.com, product GLP3-RT - 5mg, batch RTX01, purity 99.95% against a specification of >=95.0% by HPLC, mass 5.14mg against a labeled 5mg, identity confirmed, sterility no growth by PCR, an HPLC chromatogram with a single retatrutide peak, signed by Dr. Greg Kalyuzhny, Lab Director, dated 8/14/2026, carrying a QR code, an access code (MCJKWD4G) and a verification URL at portal.ils-lab.com. The verify lookup was executed on this read: the portal's public lookup endpoint, queried with the verification token printed on the certificate (its seventh character a lowercase L), returned the complete lab record, matching the certificate field for field on product, lot RTX01, COA number, access code, client name and website, signatory and title, purity 99.95 percent by HPLC and net peptide content 5.14 mg, and pointing to a lab-hosted two-page PDF and chromatogram that both fetch HTTP 200. ils-lab.com itself resolves to a live site titled "ILS Laboratories | Analytical Testing Lab". A plain page load of the portal proves nothing by itself, every path including fabricated codes returns the same application shell, so the API lookup is the only verification signal, and it succeeds. Two presentation gaps separate the vendor-hosted image from the lab's own record for the same lot. The image prints Endotoxins (LAL) against a limit of <= 5 EU/mL with a passing mark, while the lab record and the lab-hosted PDF give the same measured 0.080 EU/mL as Endotoxin (USP <85>) against a limit of < 0.25 EU/mL with status Reported, the PDF adding that no universal pass or fail threshold applies to research-use products; the measured value sits under both figures, but the customer-facing image states a ceiling twenty times looser than the issuing lab's own record and converts a report-only line into a pass. The image also carries a Fentanyl Free pass icon with no corresponding analyte row anywhere: the lab record holds only a boolean screen flag, no method, no limit and no measured value, and the image collapses the lab record's itemized heavy-metals rows (arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury, chromium, each with a ppm value and limit) into one aggregate below-limits line. On accreditation: the certificate footer displays a PJLA Testing seal beside an ilac-MRA mark, with an accreditation number rendered too coarsely to read with certainty at the published resolution, a five-digit figure whose legible shape is consistent with 59423; PJLA's own registry returns no records for a certificate query on 59423, and that number is publicly claimed by an unrelated Florida radiocarbon laboratory on its own site. What PJLA's registry does hold for this laboratory is an accreditation under a different number and trading name: ILS Labs, Inc. dba Quality Cannabis Laboratories, 8222 Vickers Street Suite 106, San Diego, the identical street address, Accreditation No. 112120, Certificate L25-631, initial accreditation May 14, 2021, issued August 22, 2025, expiring August 31, 2027, whose eight-page scope supplement I downloaded and searched: 44 occurrences of cannabis, 4 of hemp, and zero occurrences of peptide, endotoxin, sterility or fentanyl, so the live accreditation is real but its scope names no peptide matrix and none of the certificate's non-chromatographic assays. The certificate's own footer hedges accordingly, reading "Testing performed under ISO/IEC 17025 quality management system", which is a weaker statement than testing within an accredited scope. The second lab named on the product page, Chromate, is independently locatable after all: chromate.org loads as "Chromate | Analytical Services", describing a United States analytical service with a public Verify portal keyed by job number and access code, exactly the identifiers embedded in the vendor's own certificate filenames such as Chromate_Job_29100.png, and its site makes no accreditation claim of any kind. A dedicated COA portal exists at https://disguisedalpha.com/coa/, stating "156 Compounds tested", "320 Published certificates", "3 Independent labs" and a zero count for failing batches, searchable by SKU or batch number, and its own embedded certificate data attributes the documents to three labs by name: Chromate on 164, ILS Laboratories on 143 and Freedom Diagnostics on 30, the third lab named nowhere in the record before this read and nowhere on the vendor's visible pages. A second, older-styled COA index exists at https://disguisedalpha.com/certificate-of-analysis/, and a third sitemap URL, https://disguisedalpha.com/coa-portal-new/, returns the literal page text "Product not found." and is not a working COA index.

On catalog scope and the retatrutide benchmark, read from https://disguisedalpha.com/product-sitemap.xml, https://disguisedalpha.com/shop/ and https://disguisedalpha.com/product/retatrutide/. The product sitemap lists 205 URLs; the shop page's own stat block reads "202 Products" and "314 Published COAs", and the shop page renders a full catalog grid in the plain HTML response, no login needed to load it, spanning categories such as GLP Collection, Freeze-Dried Isolates, Oral/Capsules, Longevity Research, Copper Peptide Research and a merchandise line (an "Alpha Researcher Hat" and "Alpha Storage Case" appear among the product tiles). Retatrutide is sold under the product title "GLP-3 Retatrutide", SKU Retatrutide, in five vial masses, each with its own price and its own batch: 5MG $49.99 (batch RTX01), 10MG $89.99 (batch RT005), 20MG $129.99 (batch RT205), 30MG $169.99 (batch RT305) and 60MG $249.99 (batch RTM01), read from the mass-selector buttons' own data-p and data-batch attributes in the served HTML. A related product, "Retatrutide Pen", exists at a separate URL, /product/retatrutidepen/, and was not opened. Bundle pricing on the retatrutide page applies to every mass and stacks automatically: 3+ vials 3% off, 5+ vials 7.5% off, 10+ vials 10% off (marked RECOMMENDED), 20+ vials 20% off (marked BULK).

On payment, shipping and entity details, read from https://disguisedalpha.com/testing/, /about/, /payment-methods/, /shipping-policy/ (identical in every line to /return-policy/), /ruo-policy/, /terms-and-conditions/ and /contact/. Payment methods named across the site are card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, with a stated 2% processing fee on the /testing/ page), Affirm financing, Zelle, Chime, ACH/bank transfer including named integrations Plaid and Link Money, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDC named on the /contact/ page). Non-card methods carry an automatic discount, though the discount figures disagree across pages: /testing/ and /contact/'s FAQ both give a flat 5% off for Zelle, Chime, crypto and ACH/bank transfer, while the dedicated /payment-methods/ page gives Bitcoin its own higher rate, "Bitcoin (BTC): 7% OFF", against "5% OFF" for Zelle, Chime and "Bank Payment (via Plaid / Link Money)"; the four card brand names appear on the /contact/ page only, with the /payment-methods/ page naming no card brand anywhere in its markup. Shipping is described as from Sacramento, California in the served body text of most pages, base service FedEx 2-Day, free over $250, a flat $15.99 stated only on the /contact/ page FAQ, PO Box addresses rerouted to USPS, international shipping now including Canada per the /testing/ FAQ, with the /contact/ page FAQ alone extending the destination list to the UK, Germany and France, while the Terms of Service simultaneously restrict eligibility to being "a resident of the United States" (Section 2). The company operates as "Disguised Alpha"; the Terms of Service name no distinct corporate entity for the seller and set governing law as "the laws of the State of California" with venue "in Sacramento County, California" (Section 8). On the address, the site is actively rewriting its own identity at render time: every page loaded carries a script holding the variable ADDR = "1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200 Sheridan Wyoming 82801 United States" together with replace calls that strip Sacramento from the footer, and the Sheridan line is server-rendered in the footers of /shop/ and /coa/ as well, so the Sheridan street address is the site's current rendered footer identity sitewide, swapped in over the Sacramento text that still sits in the served markup; the genuine contact-page outlier is its body sentence stating the vendor "Ships from Sheridan, Wyoming". A login/account-creation modal that recurs on every page loaded carries the line "Powered by Sterling Path LLC" beneath its verification-code step, and that attribution is an anchor to sterlingpathllc.com, which loads today titled "Sterling Path LLC, Infrastructure for Regulated Commerce" and describes itself as a third-party supplier of email, hosting and cloud infrastructure for regulated verticals shipping a plugin its customers embed, so Sterling Path is the platform vendor behind the login widget rather than the operator of record, and the seller's legal identity remains unnamed. Age and use eligibility is stated consistently at 21+ ("I confirm that I am at least 21 years old", repeated in the Terms of Service Eligibility section and the account-creation form) and the footer badge "For Research Use Only - 21+" appears on every page. Contact numbers sort as follows on the pages loaded today: (916) 526-3524 appears on the home, shop, coa, about and contact pages and is the most widely published number on the site; the /about/ and /testing/ footers give +1 (916) 526-9534; (916) 980-4782 is confined to the /testing/ support block; and the /contact/ page also prints 916-747-5368, the same number the testing laboratory's portal record holds on file as the client phone, flagged hidden on the certificate. All pages give the same support email, support@disguisedalpha.com.

CAUTIONCautions noted, and the first now concerns the certificate itself: the ILS Laboratories document for lot RTX01 verifies against the issuing laboratory's portal yet carries accreditation and limit presentations its own lab record does not support. First: the accreditation as printed fails a registry check. The PJLA Testing seal at the certificate's foot carries a number whose legible shape reads as a five-digit figure that PJLA's registry matches to no record and that an unrelated Florida radiocarbon laboratory publicly claims as its own, while the laboratory's actual live PJLA accreditation runs under a different number and trading name, ILS Labs, Inc. dba Quality Cannabis Laboratories, No. 112120, whose eight-page scope covers cannabis and hemp matrices and names no peptide matrix and no endotoxin, sterility or fentanyl parameter, and the shop page presents the ISO/IEC 17025 line as a site-wide badge above a 202-item catalog even though the accredited lab accounts for 143 of the 337 lab attributions in the vendor's own COA data, with Chromate at 164, whose own site claims no accreditation of any kind, and Freedom Diagnostics at 30, a third lab the vendor's visible pages never name; the certificate image also restates the lab record's endotoxin line at a ceiling twenty times looser with a pass mark the record does not carry, and presents a fentanyl icon backed by no analyte row. Second, and still load-bearing: the /contact/ page carries the visible line "Preview - not deployed - phone, email, hours and FAQ answers from the live site" directly in its rendered content, yet it is served at the live public URL https://disguisedalpha.com/contact/ with an HTTP 200 status, is linked from the primary navigation on every other page on the site, and carries information that conflicts with the rest of the site rather than matching it: a Sheridan, Wyoming shipping-origin sentence against Sacramento body text elsewhere, a flat $15.99 shipping figure stated nowhere else, the site's only listing of the four card brand names beside a crypto discount stated at the flat 5% figure rather than the 7% Bitcoin rate the dedicated payment page gives, and the broadest international destination list on the site (UK, Germany, France), so the site's widest shipping promise sits on its least trustworthy page. Third, the published Bitcoin discount is stated as two different figures on two different pages of the same site: 7% on /payment-methods/, 5% on /testing/ and again on /contact/'s FAQ. Fourth, the count of published certificates is stated as three different numbers: "320 Published certificates" on /coa/, "314 Published COAs" in the /shop/ page's own stat block, and "150 published COAs" in a separate sentence lower on that same /shop/ page. Fifth, the retatrutide product page's own JSON-LD product description states "Available Strengths: 10MG, 20MG, and 30MG", naming three sizes, while the same page's live mass selector offers five, 5MG, 10MG, 20MG, 30MG and 60MG, each with its own price and batch, so the page's structured-data description undercounts what is actually offered and priced on the page beneath it. Sixth, the Terms of Service restrict purchase eligibility to United States residents (Section 2), while the /testing/ FAQ and the /shipping-policy/ page both describe shipping to Canada, and the /contact/ FAQ extends that to the UK, Germany and France, so the site's own eligibility clause and its own shipping claims describe two different customer bases. Seventh, the account system gates the catalog behind a "Login Required" modal appearing in the markup of the home, shop, about, testing, contact and payment-methods pages alike, reading "Please login or create an account to view our full catalog!", yet the full 202-item product grid renders in the plain HTTP response of the shop page and the complete COA table in the plain response of /coa/, no login needed, so the gate is visible in the markup but does not withhold the catalog or the certificate data from a plain fetch; the pages beyond those two carry the modal alongside only partial product carousels. Eighth, the site's rendered footer identity is produced by a script that swaps a Sheridan, Wyoming address over the Sacramento, California text still present in the served markup on every page loaded, so which address a reader sees depends on whether the page's own scripts ran, and neither address is attached to any named legal entity.
