Never merged into one number. Some supplier links here are referral links, marked where they appear, which pay Terminus Research when a reader buys. The same terms are open to every supplier in the ledger, apart from the one exception the referral policy page names, participation changes no score, rank, caution, or coverage decision, and a link is not an endorsement.
BioInfinity's own COA library lists four retatrutide certificates, one per vial size, all carrying the identical lot number BIL-RET-01-2602 and the identical 99.48 percent purity by HPLC-UV/MS, despite two different test dates and four separate Verum Analytics test-ID links, one per size. The GLP3-R product page adds a second inconsistency: its Technical Specifications table gives retatrutide a molecular weight of 5414.91 g/mol built around a formula that includes sulfur, while the same page's body copy states 4624.2 Da three times over, and neither figure matches the roughly 4731 g/mol other vendors report under the same CAS number, 2381089-83-2. Two of those four links, the 10mg and 20mg codes, returned an HTTP 200 page carrying only a client-side loading placeholder rather than readable COA content, and the library's 30mg row links through to an unrelated product page instead of back to retatrutide. Has anyone who ordered a specific vial size opened one of those four Verum certificates directly and seen whether its purity or lot detail actually matches what the library table shows?
What the record holds
SAME DAY, CUTOFF STATED
“orders placed by 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday ship the same day”
Published at /shipping, carrying a February 2026 revision dateline: 2:00 PM EST Monday-through-Friday same-day cutoff; domestic only (all 50 states, explicitly no international); UPS Ground $7.99 (3 to 4 business days), UPS 2-Day $15.99, UPS Next Day Saver $49.99, free UPS 2-Day on orders of $200.00 or more. The product page's own shipping schema states an unconditional $0.00 rate that neither the policy nor the site's FREE SHIPPING $200+ banner describes, and the Contact page's Monday/Wednesday/Friday-only business hours contradict the Monday-through-Friday window the Shipping and About pages state.
Read from this supplier's own pages on 2026-08-26. This publication has never placed an order with any supplier. This row records what is written and measures nothing about what actually happens after an order.
$165.00
Compound retatrutide 10mg
Listed as GLP3-R, 10 mg variant of a single four-strength product page
Price as recorded $165.00 for one 10mg vial, from a ladder of $85.00 (5mg), $165.00 (10mg), $295.00 (20mg) and $375.00 (30mg), each sold singly with no kit packaging; quantity discounts bring the per-unit price to $72.25 at 3 to 5 units and $68.00 at 6 or more units

This supplier was not part of the Trustpilot reading of 2026-08-25, which covered 59 of the 126 suppliers on file. That is a fact about this publication's coverage, stated rather than left to be read either way.
5 claims from this publication's own dossier on this supplier were read again against the live site on 2026-08-26: 1 held, 4 corrected before publication.
A corrected claim is an error of ours that the re-read caught before it reached a page. This line tracks this publication's own accuracy. It says nothing about the supplier.

Fetched today. bioinfinity.co is a Next.js storefront; the bare domain answers HTTP 308 to https://www.bioinfinity.co/, which is the live site (title "BioInfinity | Research Peptides at least 99 percent Purity | USA Supplier"). Retatrutide is carried under the house code GLP3-R at /product/glp3-r, one of 24 product pages on the shop listing (counted directly from distinct /product/ hrefs), alongside GLP2-T (tirzepatide) and GLP1-S (semaglutide) under the same three-letter GLP-code convention. None of the three GLP-coded products appears in /sitemap.xml, which otherwise lists all 21 non-GLP catalog pages plus roughly 260 other URLs (284 location entries in total on the 2026-08-26 re-count); that count is a snapshot taken today. The GLP3-R page carries a COA panel reading "99.48 percent Purity Verified," "Third-Party Tested by Verum Analytics, HPLC-UV/MS," batch "BIL-RET-01-2602," dated Mar 7, 2026, with a "View Certificate of Analysis" button and a separate outbound link, framed as an endorsement from a named staff persona ("Albert, Chief Researcher"), pointing to https://verumlab.ch/coa/201205V. The site's own /coa-library page lists four rows for Retatrutide, one each for the 5mg, 10mg, 20mg and 30mg variants (re-read from the live page's own embedded row data 2026-08-26), and all four carry the identical lot number BIL-RET-01-2602 and the identical purity figure of 99.48 percent by the HPLC-UV/MS method the rows themselves name, despite two different test dates (2026-02-04 for the 10mg and 30mg rows, 2026-03-07 for the 5mg and 20mg rows) and four distinct Verum test-ID links, one per size: the 5mg row points to verumlab.ch/coa/201204V, the 10mg row to verumlab.ch/coa/200065V, the 20mg row to verumlab.ch/coa/201205V, and the 30mg row to verumlab.ch/coa/200075V. One lot number spanning four vial sizes, two test dates and four verification codes, every size reporting the same purity to two decimals, is not how a batch-specific certificate is meant to work, and nothing on the site explains the overlap. The 30mg variant, priced at $375.00, does have a library row and a published certificate reference, but that row's own product link is misrouted: it points at /product/mots-c, an unrelated compound's page, rather than at /product/glp3-r, so a shopper clicking through from the 30mg certificate row lands on the wrong product entirely. I attempted to open both Verum test IDs directly: each returns an HTTP 200 Next.js page shell with the correct Test ID embedded in the initial payload (confirming the link resolves), but the static response renders only a client-side "Loading..." placeholder with no COA content, so the purity, method and lot fields on that specific document require JavaScript execution and could not be read from a plain fetch.
On the laboratory named on the GLP3-R page, Verum Analytics. verumlab.ch resolves to a live analytical-lab marketing site, fetched today, giving a location line of "Stucki Park, Basel, Switzerland" in the footer, a claimed operating span of 2012 to 2026, and a stated workflow of sample intake, HPLC-UV/MS analysis, a QA review and certificate delivery, each step timed in hours toward a 24-hour total turnaround. The site states its quality system is "ISO/IEC 17025 aligned," which is alignment wording rather than a claim to hold the accreditation itself, the same pattern documented at other labs elsewhere in this project. Its QA-review step describes the analysts performing it with a doctoral-level credential descriptor, a claim I am recording as made rather than verifying, since no registry check for that credential is possible from what the lab publishes. The homepage shows a counter claiming 12,847 total COAs issued and 847 active partners, plus a scrolling feed of recent test numbers (Semaglutide, TB-500, GHK-Cu, BPC-157, CJC-1295 DAC, each tagged "Verified, Basel Lab"); I could not independently confirm any of these figures, and the feed reads as decorative sample content baked into the page rather than a live query against a database. I could not exercise the lab's own verification route the way I could for other labs in this project: requesting two of the four COA URLs bioinfinity.co links (verumlab.ch/coa/201205V and .../200065V; the 5mg and 30mg rows carry their own codes, 201204V and 200075V) returns HTTP 200 with the correct Test ID named inside the page's initial data, but the certificate fields themselves are populated by client-side script after load rather than present in the fetched document, so the purity, lot and method data on the laboratory's own copy could not be read directly. Verum's homepage lists Retatrutide among the roughly 80 compounds it says it tests, alongside Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, BPC-157, TB-500 and others, so the compound sits within its stated scope even though the specific certificate could not be opened.
Benchmark and prices read from the live product page and its structured data on 2026-08-26. Retatrutide is sold under the house code GLP3-R at $165.00 for the 10mg vial, part of a four-strength ladder of $85.00 for 5mg, $165.00 for 10mg, $295.00 for 20mg and $375.00 for 30mg, each sold as a single vial with no kit packaging on this site. A quantity table on the same page discounts to $72.25 per unit at 3 to 5 units (about 15 percent off) and $68.00 per unit at 6 or more units (about 20 percent off), applied per strength rather than across the catalog. The product's AggregateOffer schema states the price ranging from $85.00 to $375.00 across the four variants, valid through 2026-09-25. The shop lists 24 product pages total by direct count, including GLP2-T (tirzepatide) and GLP1-S (semaglutide) beside GLP3-R; I confirmed both exist without pricing them further. Shipping, published at /shipping and carrying a February 2026 revision dateline, is domestic only (all 50 states, explicitly no international) from a stated US facility, with UPS Ground at $7.99 (3 to 4 business days), UPS 2-Day at $15.99, UPS Next Day Saver at $49.99, and free UPS 2-Day on orders of $200.00 or more; orders placed by 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday ship the same day. The product page's own shipping schema, however, states a flat $0.00 shipping rate with no order-size condition attached, which is not what the published Shipping Policy or the site's own marquee banner ("FREE SHIPPING $200+") describe. The refund policy, which the page dates April 14, 2026 as both the date it took effect and its most recent revision date, is more return-friendly than most sites in this project: returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of carrier-confirmed delivery provided the vial's flip-off cap or tamper seal is intact, subject to a 15 percent restocking fee that does not apply when the vendor shipped the wrong or a damaged item, for which a full replacement or refund plus return shipping is offered on photographic evidence submitted within 48 hours. Research-use language sets the purchaser age floor at 18 in the Terms of Service, section 2, lower than the 21-plus floor common elsewhere in this project, and the standard FDA non-evaluation paragraph runs in the footer of every page. Payment methods are named only in the site's Store structured data, not in any policy page I loaded: "Credit Card, Debit Card, Zelle, Crypto," currency USD; I did not reach an actual checkout step to confirm what is offered there. Entity and contact: the footer names "BioInfinity LLC" at "1460 Broadway, Manhattan, NY 10036" (matching the address in the site's structured data), an email response window of one business day, and a phone field reading "Temporarily unavailable" on every page footer, the contact page, and both stated business-hours blocks. The Terms of Service, section 11, sets governing law to the State of Florida despite the New York street address given for the entity and its fulfillment center.
CAUTIONCautions noted. First, the product's own Technical Specifications table, rendered directly on the GLP3-R page, states Molecular Formula C237H382N66O70S and Molecular Weight 5414.91 g/mol, while three separate lines of body copy on the same page state the compound's mass as 4624.2 Da, and a third figure sits in the page's underlying product-data object, which pairs the correct CAS number for retatrutide, 2381089-83-2, with that same 5414.91 g/mol formula and a 54-residue sequence beginning His-Aib-Glu-Gly-Thr-Phe-Thr-Ser-Asp. None of the three weight figures on this single page matches the roughly 4731 g/mol value published for retatrutide under CAS 2381089-83-2 by other vendors and their labs elsewhere in this project, and a formula carrying a sulfur atom is not consistent with the peptide backbone retatrutide is generally described as having. A visitor reading only the visible Technical Specifications box would come away with a molecular weight that conflicts with the same vendor's own descriptive paragraph two screen-lengths above it. Second, the page's research-summary section carries body-composition and glycemic-change percentages framed as trial findings, a named late-stage trial it says produced the largest body-mass change reported for any compound in its class, hepatic-fat and blood-pressure change figures, and a forward year for regulatory approval, all sitting directly above the price and add-to-cart control rather than behind any research-literature separation. This runs against the site's own About page, which states in its "Our Philosophy" section that the company operates by not making claims and that research material should speak through documentation rather than marketing language; the GLP3-R page is the one page on the site that most visibly does the opposite of that stated principle. The page's underlying product-data object also carries a hidden search-tag field pairing the word "best" with a body-mass-reduction descriptor and several other body-composition-outcome phrases, none visible to an ordinary visitor but all present in the fetched markup a search engine would index. Third, the page carries a manufactured-activity readout, "29 sold in the last 24 hours," paired with a countdown reading "Order in 0h 0min for same-day shipping," both rendered as static figures in the fetched document rather than tied to any order ledger I could inspect. Fourth, the phone-number silence is not accidental scope: the footer, the contact page and the dedicated business-hours block all state the phone channel is "Temporarily unavailable," while the site's own Organization and Store structured data publish a working-format number, +1-307-215-9410, that a search engine or shopping feed would read as a live contact channel. Fifth, business hours disagree internally: the Contact page states the business operates Monday, Wednesday and Friday only, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM ET, with Saturday and Sunday closed and no mention of Tuesday or Thursday, while the Shipping and About pages both state hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, a materially wider window than the contact page describes for the same business. Sixth, the footer trust badges assert "Guaranteed Delivery" and "100% Money Back" beside the purity and testing badges, stronger language than the refund policy one click away actually supports, since that policy conditions any refund on a 14-day window, an intact vial seal, and a 15 percent restocking fee on ordinary returns. Seventh, on the shipping-schema mismatch noted above: the product page's own OfferShippingDetails markup states an unconditional $0.00 shipping rate, contradicting both the $7.99-to-$49.99 paid tiers on the Shipping Policy page and the $200.00 free-shipping threshold advertised in the site's own marquee banner directly above it.
