Never merged into one number. Some supplier links here are referral links, marked where they appear, which pay Terminus Research when a reader buys. The same terms are open to every supplier in the ledger, apart from the one exception the referral policy page names, participation changes no score, rank, caution, or coverage decision, and a link is not an endorsement.

Alpha Pro Peptides' retatrutide 10mg certificate, issued by a lab called Freedom Diagnostics in May 2026, pairs a purity figure of 99.58 percent by HPLC-UV with a separate LC-MS identity confirmation, while the newer 50mg lot, dated August and issued under a different name, Horizon Analytical, prints "Identity: N/A" on its face, both under the same unqualified "Independent Lab Tested & Verified" badge and the FAQ's claim that "every batch is tested by independent, accredited laboratories," though neither lab uses the word on the pages read, Freedom Diagnostics' homepage or Horizon Analytical's home, about and verify pages. A sitewide banner repeated four times reads "FLASH SALE: Buy 1 Get 1 Free Site Wide," with a "BOGO" tag on every catalog card including retatrutide's, but the retatrutide page's own multi-buy pricing runs $99.99 for one down to $89.99 each at five or more, a 10 percent reduction resembling no buy-one-get-one mechanism, and its free-shipping badge, $150, sits $49 under the shipping policy's stated $199 threshold. A reader who has placed an order under the BOGO banner could say what discount, if any, applied at checkout.

What the record holds

Shipping commitment

STATED WINDOW IN DAYS

“orders processed Monday through Friday, standard processing 24 to 72 business hours”

Domestic carriers USPS, FedEx and UPS only, US-only footprint; free shipping over $199 per the sitewide policy while the retatrutide product page badge separately claims free 2-day shipping over $150, a $49 conflict on record.

Read from this supplier's own pages on 2026-08-26. This publication has never placed an order with any supplier. This row records what is written and measures nothing about what actually happens after an order.

Trustpilot standing

This supplier was not part of the Trustpilot reading of 2026-08-25, which covered 59 of the 126 suppliers on file. That is a fact about this publication's coverage, stated rather than left to be read either way.

Our claims re-read

5 claims from this publication's own dossier on this supplier were read again against the live site on 2026-08-26: 1 held, 4 corrected before publication.

A corrected claim is an error of ours that the re-read caught before it reached a page. This line tracks this publication's own accuracy. It says nothing about the supplier.

Certificates are published two ways: a searchable index at /testing/ giving lot ID, date reported, purity and net content per line item, and a per-product embed with a downloadable PDF on each product page. The index carried roughly 45 line items when read today, against a catalog the product sitemap puts at 81 product URLs (82 loc entries in /product-sitemap.xml including the /shop/ index itself), so the index covers roughly 56 percent of the catalog by line count, a little over half; several sizes of the same compound (for example GLP-2 at 10, 30, 40 and 60mg) each carry their own row. The GLP-1/GLP-2/GLP-3 naming convention resolves cleanly from the lot-ID prefixes on that index: GLP-1 carries an SM prefix (semaglutide), GLP-2 a T prefix (tirzepatide), GLP-3 an RT prefix (retatrutide), and for GLP-3 specifically the word Retatrutide and CAS 2381089-83-2 are printed in full only on the second, August-dated certificate read below; the May-dated Freedom Diagnostics certificate identifies the sample by house code alone, product "GLP-3 10mg" with "GLP RT" on its identity row, and never prints the compound's proper name or CAS number anywhere on its face. Retatrutide (GLP-3) is sold at four strengths, 10, 20, 30 and 50mg, each its own WooCommerce product page linked through a strength selector rather than true product variations. The benchmark 10mg page (SKU ap-rt10, /product/glp-3-vial-10mg/) embeds a certificate from a lab called Freedom Diagnostics: accession 2605150337, search code Alph2605150337, client Alpha Pro Peptides, lot AP-RT10-0426, received 05/15/2026, reported 05/18/2026. Sample summary: product GLP-3 10mg, appearance white lyophilized powder, identity confirmed, purity 99.58 percent, net content 11.94 mg against a 10mg label. Method printed on the face: "HPLC with UV detection coupled with mass spectrometry (LC-MS)"; identity test reads "GLP RT" by LC-MS; the chromatogram shows one peak near 15.2 minutes labelled GLP-RT and a mass panel showing GLP RT [M+3H+K]4+ near 1189.5 to 1192.9 and GLP RT [M+3H]3+ near 1574.7 to 1588.6, signed Alex Johnson, Principal Chemist. I downloaded this PDF with curl from https://alphapropeptides.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/Alph2605150337.pdf and read its text layer directly rather than opening it in a browser. A second, later-dated retatrutide certificate sits on the /testing/ index under GLP-3 50mg, lot AP-8032676, dated August 8 2026, hosted at https://alphapropeptides.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/AP-8032676-Retatrutide-purity.pdf, whose filename names the compound outright. This document is issued by a different named lab entirely, Horizon Analytical: report number 1022348, compound Retatrutide, CAS 2381089-83-2, formula C221H342N46O68, molecular weight approximately 4731 g/mol, PubChem CID 171390338, method "Qualitative and Quantitative chemical analysis by Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography with Mass Spectrometry" (UPLC/MS), specification greater than 98 percent against a measured 99.5 percent, quantity specification 50mg against 49.92 mg measured, appearance white lyophilized powder, signed Aleksey Yevtodiyenko, Research and Formulation Chemist, a signature line that carries a doctorate, dated 08/08/2026. This second document's Identity field reads "N/A": unlike the Freedom Diagnostics certificate, it carries no separate identity-confirmation test, only a compound-name match under its Specification and measured columns.

On lab verifiability for both names. Freedom Diagnostics: freedomdiagnosticstesting.com resolves to a live lab site fetched today, giving the address 133 Holiday Ct Suite 106, Franklin, TN 37067, a stated 2 to 4 day turnaround and "42,000+ public COAs." This is the same lab documented for Full Scale Peptides and other vendors in earlier waves; nothing on its homepage uses the words accreditation, ISO 17025, A2LA or CLIA, matching what earlier waves found. I queried its public search index at coa-list.nameless-credit-789e.workers.dev for the company name Alpha Pro Peptides (the endpoint filters on a company parameter; the same query re-run on 2026-08-26 returned the identical list) and it returned 36 search codes, Alph2605150329 through Alph2605150365 with an apparent gap at 343, all from the May 2026 filing generation; no August-dated code appears in that index, so the August retatrutide lot (AP-8032676) is not a Freedom Diagnostics document at all, consistent with its being issued under the separate Horizon Analytical name. I fetched the lab-hosted copy directly at https://coas.freedomdiagnosticstesting.com/Alph2605150337.pdf, which returned HTTP 200 at 295,506 bytes, an exact byte-size match to the copy the vendor's own product page serves, so the two copies agree. Horizon Analytical: horizonanalytical.com resolves to a live testing-services site fetched today, though its own marketing content is not peptide-specific (its homepage hero example is a "Premium Omega-3 Softgels" dietary-supplement lot). It lists HPLC/MS purity, chemical identity and mg quantitation as live services, with Sterility and ICP-MS Heavy Metals both marked "Coming Soon" on its homepage grid, though the lab's own /services page prices both as orderable work, Sterility at $175.00 per sample on a 16-day turnaround and described there as temporarily outsourced, and Heavy Metals at $175.00 per sample on a 3-day standard turnaround, an inconsistency internal to the lab's own site rather than a settled absence of the two panels. No accreditation claim, ISO 17025, A2LA or CLIA, appears anywhere on its home, about or verify pages as read today, and no street address is published on any of those three pages either. It publishes a Verify COA form at /verify-coa taking a report number and an optional lot number, but the lookup is client-side and JavaScript-driven; I probed four plausible REST paths (/api/verify, /api/verify-coa, /api/coa/verify, /api/reports/1022348) and all four returned HTTP 404, so I could not independently confirm report 1022348 the way the Freedom Diagnostics document was confirmed. That is recorded as an unverified item, not as a finding against the document; the wave's fetch-only method does not extend to executing the portal's script.

Benchmark and catalog read on 2026-08-26. Retatrutide 10mg, titled on-page "GLP-3-R - Reta-3mL / 10mg" (page title "Buy RETA 10mg | High Purity Research Compound | Alpha Pro"), SKU ap-rt10, single-vial pricing: $99.99 for one bottle, $94.99 each at 3 bottles (a 5 percent reduction printed on the page as "Save 5 percent"), $89.99 each at 5 or more bottles (a 10 percent reduction printed as "Save 10 percent"). The page prints CAS 2381089-83-2, molecular weight 4731.3 g/mol, formula C221H342N46O68, and a "Free 2-Day Shipping On Orders $150+" badge. Catalog scope: 81 product URLs in /product-sitemap.xml as read today (82 loc entries counting the /shop/ index page), grouped in the shop filter under roughly 30 compound names across four product types, vials, capsules, liquid sprays and topical serums, including five lettered "Complex A" through "Complex E" blends whose constituent compounds are not named in the filter facet itself. Shipping, per /customer-service/shipping-policy/: orders processed Monday through Friday, standard processing 24 to 72 business hours, domestic carriers USPS, FedEx and UPS only, APO/DPO/FPO addresses up to 14 business days in transit, free shipping over $199. Per /faqs/, "Alpha Pro Peptides currently only ships within the United States," so the ship-to footprint is domestic only. Orders cannot be altered or cancelled once processing begins; cancellation is possible only by email before shipment. The Return and Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions both hold that all sales are final and returns are not accepted, with an exception only for items that arrive missing, incorrect or damaged, to be reported to support. Payment, per the FAQ's Order section: "We accept all major credit cards except for Master Card," with no other payment method (no crypto, no bank transfer) named on any page fetched. Entity and contact: no legal entity name beyond the trademarked storefront name "Alpha Pro Peptides" appears on the About, Testing, FAQs, Shipping Policy, Terms, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy or Wholesale Partners pages, and no street address is published anywhere I fetched. The Terms and Conditions (section 19) name the State of Florida as the sole governing-law and jurisdiction anchor. Support contact is support@alphapropeptides.com, decoded from the page's Cloudflare-obfuscated mailto link, and a phone number displayed as (844) ALPHA-07. A dedicated /contact/ URL returns HTTP 404; the site's own "Contact" nav item resolves instead to /customer-service/, which carries the phone number, the email and a contact form. Age and research-use gating sits behind an entry modal requiring two separate confirmations, an "authorized research partner" attestation and a 21-and-over attestation, before the catalog is browsable, and the FDA non-evaluation paragraph plus 503A and 503B disclaimers sit in the sitewide footer on every page read.

CAUTIONCautions noted. First, the FAQ's Quality and Testing section states "every batch is tested by independent, accredited laboratories," but neither named lab documents an accreditation claim on its own site: Freedom Diagnostics' homepage never uses the words accreditation, ISO 17025, A2LA or CLIA, and the same is true of Horizon Analytical's home, about and verify pages; its homepage grid marks the Sterility and Heavy Metals panels "Coming Soon" while running Endotoxin as a live 48-hour service, even as its own services page prices all of them, detailed in the lab entry above. The word accredited is the vendor's own and is not supported by either laboratory it uses. Second, two differently named labs issue certificates for the same product line with no explanation on the site of the change: the May-dated generation (36 documents enumerable on Freedom Diagnostics' own public index) pairs purity by HPLC-UV with a separate identity confirmation by LC-MS, while the August-dated generation, including the retatrutide 50mg lot, is issued by Horizon Analytical and carries "Identity: N/A" on its face, a document that measures purity without independently confirming identity, sitting under the same unqualified "Independent Lab Tested & Verified" badge that covers the May generation as well. Third, the free-shipping threshold conflicts across the site: the retatrutide product page's own badge reads "Free 2-Day Shipping On Orders $150+" while the sitewide Shipping Policy states free shipping applies only "over $199," a $49 gap between what a buyer reads on the page they are ordering from and the policy the order is actually bound by. Fourth, the sitewide banner, repeated four times in the page header, "FLASH SALE: Buy 1 Get 1 Free Site Wide," and a "BOGO" tag stamped on every catalog card including the retatrutide listing, does not match the multi-buy pricing displayed on that same retatrutide page: $99.99 for one, $94.99 each at three (a 5 percent reduction) and $89.99 each at five or more (a 10 percent reduction), none of which resembles a buy-one-get-one-free discount, which would price a two-unit order near the one-unit price. Whatever mechanism delivers the advertised offer is not visible in the unit pricing shown on the page carrying the BOGO tag. Fifth, measured net content ran over label on the May Freedom Diagnostics certificate, 11.94 mg against a 10mg label, a pattern also seen for other vendors using Freedom Diagnostics in earlier waves, with nothing on the certificate or product page explaining the overage to a buyer; the August Horizon Analytical certificate measured 49.92 mg against its 50mg specification, marginally under label rather than over. Sixth, no legal entity name, registration number or street address is published anywhere on the site I fetched, only the trademarked storefront name and a Florida governing-law clause in the Terms; the dedicated /contact/ URL 404s and the nav's Contact link resolves instead to the general customer-service page. Seventh, the Horizon Analytical verify-coa portal could not be exercised by direct fetch, so report 1022348 stands unconfirmed independently of the vendor's own copy; this is a limitation of the fetch-only method used this wave, not a finding against the document itself. Eighth, the lot identifier AP-8032676 is printed on two separate rows of the /testing/ index, once for GLP-3 50mg and once for SS-31 10mg, at different net contents, and on the SS-31 row the printed lot does not match the document number of the certificate that row itself links to (AP-9926414-SS-31-purity.pdf); recorded as an index-integrity defect on the index page, not as a finding against either certificate.
