Submit Intel

If you have seen something on a supplier site worth documenting, send it. A storefront that changed its payment methods. A certificate that will not verify. A domain trading on a name that belongs to someone else. A price that moved. These are the observations this publication exists to record, and readers see them before we do.

What happens to what you send

Every submission is read and checked against primary sources before anything is published. A submission that holds up becomes a dated entry in the Vendor Status Ledger or an analysis of its own. The observation is credited to the date it was verified, not the date it arrived. A submission that cannot be verified is not published, and neither is the person who sent it.

We do not publish submissions as they arrive. A submission is checked before it becomes an entry here. A report about a named business is exactly the kind of claim that has to be, both because it can be wrong and because the person it names deserves the check. What is useful

• A link to the page you are describing, so it can be fetched and archived.
• What you saw, in plain terms, and when you saw it.
• A lot number, a certificate, a screenshot host, or an order date, when the point turns on a document.
• Whether you are reporting something you experienced yourself or something you read elsewhere. Both are useful, and they are weighed differently.

What we do not want

Do not send anything about human use of a compound. This publication covers the supply chain, not use, and that material cannot be published here. Do not send personal information about anyone, yours included. A contact address is optional. It is used only to ask a follow-up question, never published, never mailed to.

Review a vendor

If you have dealt with a supplier, add a review. Give it a 0 to 5 rating and say what you can document: how the order arrived, whether the certificate matched the vial, the packaging, the shipping, the price. Reviews feed the vendor boards on the front page as a reader signal, kept separate from the documentation score.

One rule, and the form helps you keep it. This publication records the supply chain, not human use. A review cannot describe taking a compound or its effect on a person. If your wording reads as personal use, the form names the phrase and shows you how to revise it, and it will not send until the wording is clear. A verified review becomes a dated ledger entry. Nothing is published unchecked.
